Nice staff. Busy location. Forgot something in my bag a couple of times. I called in to let them know and they said they would have it for me on my next visit but it would need to be within a time frame (I think it was 2 weeks). Unfortunately was not able to come back in time for it.
Pleasant staff. I discovered two days after I had been there, that I left my credit card at this location. The manager had took good care of the card until I was able to back track and discover that I had left it in their restaurant. Food and service was excellent. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.
If you have young kids go to a different CFA. Staff was okay, I don’t feel the standard CFA experience here. I mean, still better than what you receive at other quick service restaurants. Also, the playground is STILL closed! I asked when it was going to be open, and they said it is indefinitely closed with no plans to “ever” reopen. I now go to a different CFA in the area whose playground is open, as this is sometimes my only peaceful moment as a busy mom of 3 littles. Food as always for CFA, except they don’t have ice cream cones (cups only) which is odd.
I've been to several different locations and although not particularly busy, lately it seems to take longer to get my order inside than thru drive thru (even when I order online). I log in the location of vehicles waiting in line to order and they are gone by the time i get my order.. If you want to be a drive thru company and only serve drive thru people, then cut out your indoor service!

Store was VERY busy but we were through the drive through in 20 minutes. Three different orders were all correct, food was hot and reasonably price because of the great taste. Love Chick file A!!
Never had a Chick-fil-a experience like this one (5.21.22 at 9:45 am) - which is to say it was bad. It was very busy - mostly with drive-thru customers, but we went inside. There was a line of about 8 or 9 people in front of us and only one cashier. She seemed unhappy, which is understandable to some extent because she didn't seem to be getting much help. As the people in front of us ordered and waited, I watched as each of them had their food brought to them and each order was incorrect. We had to wait quite a while for our order (bacon/egg/cheese buscuit, chicken biscuit, sausage/egg biscuit, yogurt, lemonade - nothing special). And, sure enough, when it came it was wrong. Then the fixed order was wrong. We'd been there long enough that it was becoming annoying, so when we got our third order we scanned the bag for the yogurt and an item count on the buscuits and left. When we got back to car and were on 75 we noticed they mis-wrapped the biscuits and gave us 3 sausage/egg biscuits - so they never got it right. Staff seemed mostly concerned with getting food to the drive-thru customers and somehow kept screwing up orders in the store. The older lady presenting orders got stuck with the brunt of everyone's frustrations. Just a mess. I love Chick-fil-a for their consitency of service and quality of food and they almost always get it right, so this was just a blip, I hope. Sadly, it's becoming a chore to visit because the lines are insanely long most of the day, regardless of how efficient stores train staff.
Extremely nice staff!Went close to closing, everything was done pretty quickly. Slower than drive through but IIt wasn't too bad.I lost my phone here and they were nice enough to stick around and give it back to me. I didn't even realize for an hour after I left.... Went nuts looking for it and thankfully they were still there cleaning up when they found it.Definitely will return here!
One of my favorite places to dine. So whenever I’m planning a trip to the coast, Chick-fil-A is in the plan too. Love that the one I went to this time employs the challenged folks. I spoke with one and he was amazing. Thank you for being a faith based company and keeping you standards high.
Always so fast and staff is super friendly. I eat there 4 times a week never gets old. They even know me so well I would get lunch menu at breakfast
