Frustrated with the ordering procedure. I never get the right order or they never get it right I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers today and ended up with spicy chicken and a single Burger with onion. I request without onions without onions. I like them all but I never get what I order here
So they a new robot taking your order. We tried to order what we wanted and the machine did its own thing... Thinking that the cashier could fix it for me when I got to the window and the cashier had to call a manager to correct the order.(no problem, right! machines make mistakes) This ignorant man was obviously bothered with fixing our order. My husband told him that the robot that took our order took it wrong and he asked him to fix it for us and he explained what we wanted. The older white man made my husband repeat the order twice so I stepped in to explain the order again i repeated myself 4times! And he still couldn't get it right. you can clearly tell he was being RACIST! this used to be my favorite location... Now I'm forced to find another location since this location is ran with anti BLACK AND BROWN crew. P.S. i will be sharing my experience in multiple platforms everyone will know about this. The nonsense has to stop! My money is GREEN not BLACK or BROWN remember that.
This place was great. Its italian food (am i still allowed to say that?) Wel it is Italian i gor a trio; steak; i am gonna say it was PERFECTLY cooked. I don't think i have ever had a more perfectly cooked, mediom well that baby was grey all over,ex c e p t for the deluxe well done spots. And cutting open revealed a beatiful 3 layers 2 of medium with a perfect layey pinkish purple ever. AMAZING!" the pasta was fancy and delicious. T he third was chicķnc sumtem. Sumtem. I'm really disappointed in the direction this company is taking. I just ordered from this fine establishment and was informed that a robot was going to take my order from now on. I've seen terminator and I know how this will end. Please discontinue the robot ordering menu as they can not be as efficient as a human. If it's cost you care about, stop being such a jew.
I ordered a chicken sandwhich just now and when I unwrapped my sandwich it has a shredded lettuce paper label inside pasted with the pickles. This is the most direspectful and unsanitary place Ive ever eaten from. You will get sued. Please dont eat here , not recommended at all.
I always have a great experience at this checkers. It is one of the better ones to order from. Day manager Michelle is always great and makes sure your food is always hot and fresh. Cortez store all the way..
Food was burnt it was the second time in a month. I will not use this Checkers again . Every time I get stuff its horrible. Grease isn't changed enough and flavor is awful ! Cold fries every time . I'm over it for real !
New automated drive thru ordering system is absolute trash. Employees state they cannot take your order, only the automated system can. Absolutely zero customer service here. Will never go here again. Absolute trash.
New auto robot type voice takes your order. It didn't mess my order up. But I'm not quite sure I like the new feature..? Plus they were out of ice cream ? But otherwise everything was fine.
