We had such a great experience at Burger King (just off 75 on 70 close to the Walmart.) tonight. It's 10:45pm and we didn’t expect anything would be open. But they were!Kayla was very friendly and efficient at the drive thru and made sure the order was hot, fresh and correct. This store (like so many) are working on a skeleton staff. I'm sure they are tired and trying the best they can, but when you have only a few people working, it is very hard to make things run as efficiently as when they are fully staffed.The burger and fries were great! We will be back. Thanks Kayla!

Of the 4 times I’ve come here, they have given me vanilla iced coffee instead of mocha twice. I think they think I won’t know l, but the vanilla is a lighter shade and gross. Also, I had to ask for straws twice. Can’t even fill out the survey on the back of the receipt because it asks for a code which isn’t on the receipt.

The staff is friendly and the location is short of staff. But they are doing their best. So be patient.

Food has become very bad quality. Employees are just slapping it all together. Everyone I've delt with has had a poor attitude. Fries are always cold. Shakes aren't blended completely. You can tell they are buying cheaper products.

I live in Lakewood Ranch 2 years now and I have never experienced such disrespect. There was no one in the line and I waited patiently. I had to say hello 3x. The response was “Can I help you” I asked “ is the 2 for $10 available?” Her response:” what it look like?” I said :”excuse me” and she said “you heard me” I drove around and told her I would report this and she said “I don’t give _____” her name is Dee and I will be calling the GM tomorrow to report her. So many people looking for work I don’t think BK would have a problem with finding someone with a better attitude.

Love their chicken fries and whoppers. I ordered take out and they helped me on the app get two whoppers bogo. Chicken and bk king for $6. Dinner for under $11Thank you!!

Susan B. “Manager” does not represent Burger King like it should be. She lets their employees treat customers like trash, yelling at customers. Bad customer service.When asked to speak with the manager, Susan came at us confrontational, bad manners, then she told us to “keep moving, we are wasting her time”Our order was wrong, and said that “nobody got time for that”Look at the picture for more details… customer name “aggravating “ disrespectful, ignorant and childish.This store is in need of new role models and better representation.

They had 1 employee working trying to do her best. She made my food with out a attitude felt bad for her to do that work load by herself.

TERRIBLE! If i could give zero stars i would. I pulled up to the drive through window at 9:17 a guy over the speaker say “ we will get to you in a couple minutes “ okay… I understand probably short staffed like the rest of America right now. 9:23 another car pulls up next to me at the other drive through window and waits. Next thing I hear a lady over the speaker asking for the other customers order. I waited another minute or two then pulled up to the drive through window to order since i was being ignored. A lady comes to the window and i explained that i waited 10 minutes without being serviced and the other customer pulling in 5 minutes after me was helped. She got extremely rude and told me I didn’t wait 10 mins so I asked for a manager. She then told me she was the manager so I requested her name and her regional manager. She then told me that I can look the information up online and to have a good night then shut the sliding glass window at the drive through. I’m furious of the customer service this so called “ fast food” restaurant has. no sympathy at all or asked what i would like to order. I will be contacting the owner and never revisiting this burger king again.

Always slow, unprepared for regular rush hour traffic. Staff doesn't care how slow they are - unmotivated.Staff is very rude. Got my order wrong then claimed I was rude for asking about it. Then ignored me completely. NEVER coming back and will contact the owner
