Their service has gone waaaaaaaaay down. I used to go fairly often and never had any issues and then all of a sudden, the past three times I’ve gone since ‘22 the service was horrendous. The food took forever to come out (if they even remembered to bring it out) my drink sat empty most of the time and a waitress brought me the wrong beer and insisted it was what I asked for, even though it wasn’t even close and then still charged me for the more expensive beer. Would not recommend. Going to try Wings n Things instead.
Takeout experience is consistently bad, over years and with many different staff. Missing items, wrong wings, etc. Tonight's was the last time I'll ever try to give them a chance again. Ordered takeout, informed the bartender I was waiting for the food. Food never arrived, finally asked the manager to check on it. It had been ready and waiting in the warmer for over 25 minutes while I sat at the bar. Call to the manager after I got home to (predictably) cold food results in zero apology or ownership of the problem, he asked why I hadn't checked on the food earlier... Mildly informed me a refund could take up to 7 business days. Good luck with your business man.
Service was good. worst wings I've ever had. Will not be going back here.
Ordered food for delivery on their website. Order was placed around 3pm and earliest delivery time listed was 6:30pm(which was fine). When order arrived everything was cold except the chocolate milk which was warm. Order was made around 3pm and allowed to sit out on their counter until the delivery driver picked it up after six. I called the restaurant and they did offer to refund the order, but could not do anything to get food delivered to my house as they “had no control over delivery” even though the order was placed on their website. Manager on shift was short and unapologetic, just blamed it on the delivery company. It’s always something with bdubs. They have great wings but their service is awful. Can’t imagine they will survive much longer…
Went to have some wings on a Friday night. We walked in at 7:02pm and the sign on the door stated their reduced hours of 12pm-8pm...on a Friday. The hostess told us that they just seated their last table of the night and wouldn't be seating anyone else...an hour before they were set to close...We'll be driving up to St. Pete the next time we want BWW.
Terrible customer service. At least pretend like you actually care about wanting to get customers instead of just pushing off that you close at 8pm with the new hours. Better places for wings with better times. Avoid this place. Wish Charles was still there. Seems a lot if not all the good people left when he did. Shame.
After my experience at another BBW yesterday, i had to stop and try out other location that i have been to. Didn’t waste time on wings.and fries..got the All American burger and onion rings. The food was better and service was okay not top notch. But,with hours noon to 8pm.....how much business does BBW predict to actually get....
Pickup today, the wings have to be the worst our family has ever had. Dryer out, half the wings had no sauce and the remaining wings had very little sauce. Consistency of cardboard.
I came in with 2 other people , was handed a menu and seated. As we were about to order the waitress says sorry only wings and appetizers. We are short staffed. We said oh ok why did we not get that info when we walked in and seated with a menu. The waitress said ok Ill see what I can do, we were trying to order chicken wraps. She then said ok. So 3 chicken wraps. 1 had normal usual chicken and the other 2 had just the breaded part that was hard as a rock with no chicken. first bite I chipped my tooth. the manager came over and said she would put in an incident report. lol which she NEVER TOOK MY NAME. REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE AND THEY TOOK MY INFO THEN NOTHING. APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SERVE YOU AND COULD CARE LESS WHAT YOU EAT. BE CAREFUL THERE. JUST BECAUSE YOUR SHORT STAFFED DOESNT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO SCRAPE THE BOTTOM OF THE FRYER FOR ROCK HARD LEFTOVER CHICKEN COATING AND SERVE IT. And that recommends. Nope I wouldnt send my dog there
I have to brag on BWW for a takeout experience I had recently. I called in dinner for family with our typical complicated order, mixing a variety of dishes, sauces and sides. I picked up our meal and drove home and discovered half of our 20-piece wing order was missing. I called the restaurant, spoke to a friendly manager and explained what happened. She didn't question my story (what a relief!) and then she exceeded my expectations for making things right. The food is always outstanding at this location and we'll definitely be back again!
