The restaurant had ONE sever. She did a remarkable job for her part. We had late lunch, The chips & Salsa were good, came out quickly then I had a COLD MINATURE Brisket Sandwich & my wife had a Luke Warm chicken sandwich. Both were very mediocre. First, and Last trip since before pandemic.
We got wings and shared the order. The service was quite good. The prices are reasonable. The wings were delicious. One warning. My son ordered their spiciest wings. My son can eat really hot food. Those were a challenge. Be sure you can handle it if you order the hottest. ? BTW if you split the order like we did, they will put more than one flavor in the order.
Not busy at all. We waited 39 minutes after seating, before our drink order was taken. However, the waitress stood and talked with 2 tables for several minutes, as if they were her friends. The person at the drink station picked up a lemon wedge for a drink, with fingers...no tongs.. An hour after seating, pretzel bite appetizer was brought. More than an hour after seating, our order of a chicken strip on a bun and an over cooked grilled chicken sandwich were brought. The fries were not hot. The chicken sandwich was hardly edible. The waitress spoke with manager and did not charge us. Thank goodness, because it wasn't worth the money. I can't imagine how long it would take if there were more than a few tables to wait upon. Never again.
Order a take out and upon arrival tried using my happy dining gift card which specifically has buffalo wild wings on available restaurants franchises who accepts payments. Only after trying to pay was I informed that location would not accept this form of payment. Completely unacceptable for a franchise to not accept payment which was clearly advertised. complete waste of my time
Have been there twice.. First time before Covid and second time two days ago.First time was fine and I would rate it 4 or 5 stars, this time was really bad, like 1 star, totaling it to the given 3 stars..We came in at like 7pm and the place was not crowded at all. I wondered why.. Couldn't find out eventually because we were waiting for like 5 Minutes at the entrance to be seated, MANY waiters around but the reception didn't bother them at all.So we left again after 5 or 6 minutes and brought our money to the Mission BBQ half a mile down the road.Update: We really went there once more couple days later since I like BDubs..This time we were seated after like 4-5mins (still waited by ourselves when entered)..So:improvement. BUT: Literally half the card wasn't possible to order due to missing ingredients in the kitchen! I had to reorder TWICE therefore. No Sampler Plate, no Fajitas... Come on!The wings we got were ok, but not good. Too cold when received it and not grilled crispy enough. Our waitress was ok, but in general the staff seemed quite unenergetic.I guess this was our very last time there...unfortunately
We’ll, at least the beer was cold. We ate with a group of people. The restaurant was not busy, and for a wing place that’s surprising I think. Anyway I ordered boneless wings original Buffalo sauce. They came dry! No sauce, and some of the hottest wings I’ve ever had. My lips were still affected four hours later. My wife never got her order. Others in our group shared theirs with her. Another person ordered a quasadilla with only cheese for her two boys. The server got something wrong and had to reorder them. She brought it home for them to eat it later. Not a good experience. I understand why they weren’t busy now.Update, I just remembered something. My wings had no sauce, the tray they were served in had sauce in the waxed paper. I’m wondering if I got a used tray. Why else would dry wings be in a tray with sauce in it. Not going back to find out!
This place has the worst customer service all the way down to managers. Ordered food a few weeks ago and to realize after getting home they forgot an order of wings and fries so o called and they said we wrote your name down and the item so the next time we can give it to you. So tonight I call to place an order for several items at the end I tell the guy to give me those wings and fries he said no. I asked for a manager who was put on the phone to only tell me I’m lying. I should of believed my friend 2 weeks ago when he quit because of management and unorganized. Never will get my money and I will keep giving them a bad name.
Most of the time buffalo wild wings are awesome, ..however this one is terrible. Our food was over an hour late, they lied multiple times about it being done, "in a minute" while we waited at the front desk, and they made sure they got my money before they did it all. The minors running the front desk are extremely lazy and rude, and one even dropped a fork on the ground (then wrapped it up in a napkin and served it to customers). The female manager cared more about their feelings than the putrid customer service. There is no wonder why other BWWs are doing better.
Ordered through grub hub received my food an the sampler had no boneless wing sauce no marinara sauce and no ranch that I asked for an was on the receipt. Ordered 2 extra ranch an didn’t get that either! Nachos had almost nothing on them! We will NEVER order from here again!
I visited this BWW for the first and last time about 2 months ago. I have lived in towns with BWW for years and they have always been great for good service and food. In this location I waited over 40 minutes for my wings. No apology for the wait and they were over-staffed too. The winged were the smallest chicken wings I had seen and they were burnt bad. I ended up complaining after the people next to me got there order in less than 10 minutes and their wings were cooked right, big and meaty. Awful experience.
