Service was fantastic but not as well as the food. I don’t always finish my food but this I had to, it was just delicious!!
Popped in for lunch. Stood at hostess stand for a bit before we were greeted. Waitress was pleasant but could have been a bit more attentive. The waiter on the table next to us was very attentive to his patrons we noticed. Food was delish but could have come out hotter. I love their house salad! My moms expresso Martini was very good.
Food is good. The service was mediocre. Server forgot the app plates for the calamari. We did not get silverware until our entrees came. Still tipped above 20%. As a server you cannot expect 20% tip when your service is not worth it. Still gave her the benefit of the doubt. Chilean sea bass was great. Brocoli was not over cooked. Just perfect. ?
Always get their bang bang shrimp and their Ahi Tuna Sashimi it is scrumptious. Would recommend to family and friends.Revisited since covid and had the fish and chips and their haddock special and it was delicious.Expresso martini makes for a good after dinner drink.Would still recommend to friends and family
We went with friends for dinner after golf. Our waitress was pleasant, drinks came quickly. First 4 dinners came out one by one (odd, two of us had same pasta dish but came out one at a time). The friends who ordered bang bang shrimp tacos and steak and crab cake did not receive their meals until the rest of us were finished, and even then the steak was underdone and lukewarm. We were comped for two late meals, but it was an underwhelming, unpleasant, totally unacceptable experience. We will not return.
Not bad, a little slow today. Please double check utensils before serving it to guest. Food is good. Ambiance is good, Bathroom is tidy. Friendly staffs (3star from 5). The Macadamia Nut Brownie is good. Wife likes it. Overall, we still go back.
My husband and I had a great meal here on a Saturday night. You definitely want to make reservations - the place was hopping, esp early (LOL). We sat at a high top table in the bar and Jordon was our waiter. He was great! And the staff around him bringing a drink or food or whatever were great too. Drink specials went until 6:30 pm, even on a Saturday. Food was good. We had the chocolate lava cake too - yum! All in all, a great evening.
I get it, it's hard when an establishment has to constantly hire and train new help. However, there is a GM there that needs to take responsibility and sit on the kitchen to make sure food is up to Bonefish standards I have been a huge BF fan for years. Portions have considerably gotten smaller and basically (at least tonight and my last visit) looked just sad on the plate. Katie the bartender could not have been more awesome, she totally made it ok. Do better Bonefish.
Even though it was crowded and they were short-staffed, our waitress and the kitchen did an amazing job of keeping our group fed and happy. The hostess was also very gracious to allow us to change our seat to a quieter place. The seafood was fresh and delicious and the dessert was excellent. Well done!
I’m sitting here at Bonefish grill on Cortez and our waiter brought wrong food for me and never brought me my meal. We are a table of 4, so everyone ate but me. Everyone ordered 2nd drinks and nothing. He came back to table to argue about order. His name is Patrick, the worst ! We will not be back !
