I LOVE THIS LOCATION THEY ARE FAST, NICE, AND FRIENDLY I SUGGEST EVERYONE TRY THIS LOCATION ?
Just stopped on a Saturday night when it's 92 degrees out at 715 pm. Walked in to get ice cream and was told the favors are not in the right areas and they do not have any cones of any type and no ice cream cups either. Not sure how the owner keeps this place open. He or she must not really care about customer service
Is the worst Baskin-Robbins in Dunkin' donuts ever been in my life
After being on the road for 2 hours, we arrived at 830pm to this store - who should be open until 9pm. Outside lights were already off, but the 6 of us went in hopeful.I saw all ice cream covered and asked "are you open?" I was told "we're open, but we have no ice cream and no donuts.". I asked why not...? He clarified that they'd already cleaned up those things. I said "so you closed early?" and was told "no, we're still open. We're just getting ready to close.".As a franchise business owner, I explained to them the doors being unlocked isn't what makes you open. Being able to take customers is. So if you have no ice cream to serve at Baskin Robbins, then you're essentially closed. I asked "Does your owner know you closed a half hour early?". At this point, his coworker chimed in to try telling me that the ice cream is all freezer burnt and that's why they can't serve it. Lol. Good try.If this were my staff, there would be a written warning happening.
The store had one employee on Sunday and the the scoops were terribly downsized. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure ?
Ordered a medium chocolate chip shake and after waiting about ten minutes in the drive thru, the milkshake was oddly thick so I let it melt. After letting it melt, I noticed odd chunks in the shake, and after taking a sip I pulled out a weird chunk of something. They refused to remake it
the 2 people in the store were unprofessional and impolite. The store was a mess and had next to nothing in stock. very weird and uncomfortable vibe
Website and Uber Menu state they have sundaes, treats, etc. Except whenever we go to eat there, we are told they only do cups and cones. Yet, they have the ingredients for the sundaes? So it seems like they don't WANT to do it, not that they CAN'T do it. Better off hitting up Walmart and buying the ingredients yourself instead. At least they treat you better there.
