My favorite hidden gem in Bradenton. Family owned! Delicious food ! The chicken is so healthy! My husband loves the side dishes! Easy drive thru to pick up! If you do go in, everyone is super friendly! Highly recommend!!
Food is great!!! Workers are absolutely miserable. They always have an attitude. I NEVER write google reviews but felt it was needed this time! I will no longer be a Basil’s customer!EDIT: I CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH, NEVER SPOKE ON THE PHONE WITH ANYONE, SO GOOD TRY PUTTING THE BLAME ON YOUR CUSTOMERS, REAL PROFESSIONAL.
I work at the smoke shop in the same plaza as basil’s, and I absolutely love their food! Not to mention the customer service provided by Phil, Samir, and the rest of their staff as well is awesome!! I choose to eat lunch here all the time when I work at the location near them, As I will be eating lunch there again today. Thank you guys for the great food and great customer service!!
Amazing chicken with a Greek twist. Love this place been eating here since I was a kid and have never been dissapointed. I'm glad they're still churing out grilled chickens on the daily. If you stop by you'll be glad too!!
I’m pescatarian but my honey just brought back some chicken wings that look like wings you can’t get anywhere else around here. They looked marinated and super yummy but I did have a side of the taziki sauce - and wow!!!! I think I’m in love and I think I’m going back to try all the sides on the menu!
I have been eating at this location for at least 4 years now. Philip, the owner, has been there every time I’ve been in. He greets everyone personally and is the kind of operator that remembers his patrons names. The restaurant is always clean including the tables and bathrooms. I always get the same thing! Two piece, all white chicken with salad and mashed potatoes. It comes with a warm pita bread with honey butter. My husband gets the chicken and rib dinner which is his favorite. We got a lot of take out during COVID because this is a local family restaurant that we wanted to support and make sure that we could dine there for a long time.
Man the best chicken I ever had in my life. Make sure you try it with the creamy Greek dressing. My third time eating here and I’m already addicted.
Had Basil's last night for the first time. It was delicious!! Phil and Brandon were super nice and greeted my client and I as soon as we entered the restaurant. The food was fresh off the grill, and the baklava was bite your fingers good lol Basil's is definitely the move if you're looking for an affordable, fresh bite to eat. Thanks guys!!! My oldest son got a gyro for me along with 2 sides, amazing people, service and food! Always go for lunch and take it home to the rest if the family, we all love the charbroiled chicken, fresh, hot off the grill, great flavor, never be disappointed! Now we cannot get enough for about $10 a plate( lunch) 2 sides, gyros are so good too, I will have to try ribs next! Potpies are really good too
This food is great! Phillip and Nickie are fabulous! Chicken is tender, spinach pie is authentic, tzatziki/bbq/ranch all homemade and gyro meat is on point! Get to this place and give your heart some good food and good people!
