Great food at a very fair price. Service was a little slow, help is hard to find. Still, tipped more than 20% .
Don't bother wasting your time eating here the service was terrible was an hour and a half before we got our food or entrees our appetizers arrived cold my wife ordered the seaweed salad and it didn't arrive until the main entree arrived and it was slimy her food was on edible it was all slimy and oily there was a cockroach in my drink the hostess brought our drinks in Coke cans left them on the table brought glasses of ice and then left not a proper way to serve drinks in my opinion my daughter ordered the seafood lo mein and it was so nasty and greasy that it was practically unedible we had to eat our appetizers with our fingers because we couldn't get anybody to bring a silverware and the waiter mixed up the orders brought my wife the wrong meal the only good thing about it was they took it off the bill
Couldn’t even do pad Thai or general Tso chicken correctly. My girlfriend got orange chicken and I got general Tsos, they were the same dish…. Small portions and extremely bland. 90% of the redivides here must be from old people with dead taste buds. The pad Thai was the single worst I’ve had in my life. Never coming back.
don't bother wasting your money at this place we were first time customers there because our normal place The Rice bowl was closed for electrical issues it took us an hour and a half to be served when we ordered drinks they were brought to us and Coke cans and the waitress bought glasses of ice and then left 30 minutes later they showed up to take our order for appetizers I ordered egg drop soup and pork egg rolls, soup arrived I think they forgot to put the egg in it, egg rolls were cold my wife ordered seaweed salad what showed up in a bowl was a puddle of goo I ordered the beef lo mein my wife ordered the seafood war poo it was a total disappointment the beef in my order was basically raw the waiter brought the wrong order to my wife and then argued with her that that is what she ordered, it was not seafood war poo there was no seafood in it at all
Just ordered food had No Flavor and expensive!All 4 dishes we ordered and each person said same thing! Don't waste your $$!
Huge portions and great flavor!
Very cozy little Thai place . Picked up dinner garlic and pepper pork stir fry and coconut soup for my fiance which she loved. Will definitely buy soon soon.
I usually never leave food reviews because they would probably be more negative than positive but I can absolutely leave POSITIVE Feedback on this restaurants fried rice. I have lived here for 3 years and tried out every Asian restaurant and have only found one other restaurants fried rice up to par but they are 30 mins from my house. I dont know why I waited so long to try Bangkok Tokyo but I am so glad I did. So delicious
My wife picked up an order to go and it was not a good experience. The portion sizes were laughable. The fried rice we ordered was forgotten and soggy brown rice was given to us instead. Quality control needs to be made a priority and while cost containment might be a good concept but when it affects value so greatly I’m embarrassed for you. Regards Thomas Smith
Myself and the wife ordered $64 worth of food from Bangkok Tokyo the other night. My wife and I were in the urgent care a few hours later with salmonella poisoning! So to keep it short… If you enjoy throwing up, diarrhea and sweating profusely, I highly recommend this restaurant. We contacted them. They offered a refund and a gift card. We received nothing. Shows how much they care about their customers. You’ve been warned !
