Best Place in Bradenton! I go every Monday for lunch..I have tried every place and No one can out due this place...love love.
my friends and I all were amazed. Very nice atmosphere, clean and the food is sensational.I could see the owner/chef preparing every meal to order from the exposed kitchen part. She is a master chef, watching her was entertainment…….Everyone loved the food…we ordered a few appetizers then dinner and dessert!!. Everything was so good…Aroy D is as good as it gets❤️
We tried Aroy D for the first time tonight, and we loved everything we ordered! The soup was nice and hot and very fresh, and my shrimp in my Thom Kha soup were cooked perfectly not over or under at all! The eel sushi bowl was very delicious, and I felt the portion of eel was very generous/well worth the price of the entrée. The crazy noodle with pork was very delicious, we loved the sauce and the noodles were perfect consistency. The dedication page in the front of the menu was touching to read, because you get to learn the history of the chef and how hard she worked to get here and how she has been cooking since a little girl in Bangkok. There is definitely love in this cooking!!! Coming from a chef myself I might add, so take my word and give this restaurant a try
Our experience was nothing short of terrible. Our waitress seemed very annoyed to be working today. Her nails were very dirty.She got the appetizers order and never checked in with us after she delivered appetizers. 25 minutes after we had finished eating I had to stand up to order our food. When she brought out order, she didn't checked on us again for drink refills. We were very surprised to see the amount of sushi we received (we ordered 3 different rolls) by the time our dinner plate came we couldn't even taste it we were so full. The waitress finally made her appearance to check on our drinks, and noticed we weren't eating. She proceeded to ask if we wanted to go containers which we did. When she brought them up, she also brought the check. Since we were friends catching up we didn't pick up the bill right away. Our waitress came back 3 different times to NOW check on us. It is Monday night and the place wasn't busy at all. It was 7:10pm by the time i paid so it is not like we were overstaying as there was another table present. I pick up the bill and noticed there 2 orders of each sushi roll. I questioned the waitress on why she ordered 2 and she said I had marked it, she showed me the menu I marked and clearly it's an X. Then she just LAUGHED. Like, me paying for her mistake was so funny. I paid the bill because I am taking the extra food home. But I ended up spending $36 extra on food i had not ordered. I had never experienced such horrible service where they do not even acknowledge or apologize for their mistake. Food was ok. Not the best not the worst.
Perfection! Many times restaurants become “floridified” and tone down their flavors to suit the blander palates in town. Not this restaurant. The flavors and spices were done so well! The right heat was in all the dishes. Top choices were the green curry and for appetizers and were the chive dumplings. The mango and sticky rice for dessert was the icing on the cake. This is a restaurant worth a visit over and over again.
Went during the soft opening and though the staff was busy, they were very tentative and polite, making the experience more enjoyable. The food was very good and the menu options were fantastic. The only regret was I wish I didn't eat so much sushi so I could try their Thai menu. Def planning a second trip!!!
Literally my new favorite restaurant the staff were incredible. My drink was never below half full and the food came quick. Even then it tasted incredible, not to mention the comfortable but classy atmosphere.

This is one of my most favorite resturants now. They always made sure we had enough water, the food is AMAZING, with a wide selection. The staff are also very nice! The atmosphere, the food, the everything is just amazing , and its all at such a cheap price!
