Nothing special about it. Went there at 10pm, almost drove right by because from the road it looks like they're closed. Idk if their sign doesn't light up or what. But, they in fact, are not closed, they are actually open till midnight. So don't like the dark, abandoned looking exterior fool you.
Hi I went to arbys tonight i tried one of your new burgers i love the arby melt and i miss the potatoe cakes but the burger not good at all the meat very hard
I ordered the new $8 wagyu burger which was over cooked and then SLATHERED in their special sauce. The crinkle fries I got were old, & obviously given to me by ppl who thought they'd never see me again, as 3 diff fried objects were mixed in with the fries. Thanks to them, I actually won't be back!
Really need to bring back potato cakes! Huge disappointment. Food takes forever. Cheese stix are always overcooked. Roast beef sandwiches are always overcooked! It just does not taste the same anymore.
Girl at the register got an attitude with me when she give me the wrong fries. Then decides to talk about me with her other co workers in the back, I could hear her. . It wasn't my mistake it was her and she was rude to me during my entire order. I'll drive out of my way to a different Arby's from now on.
I went through the drive thru today. I ordered a brisket meal, 2 double roast beefs, 1 order of jalapeno bites (5 count), and 1 mozzarella sticks (4 count). I also requested 8 packs of Arby's sauce, the Bronco Berry sauce, and the Marinara sauce please. Only to get home to see the roast beefs were regulars, only 3 mozzarella sticks, and absolutely no sauce of any kind.
Marsani was extremely rude, while I was ordering. Food was good. I have vision problems and saw a number wrong on ordering and she was rude and had to point it out to me… when she brought my fries out to me still rude, not a thank you just mad face.
If you like 4 day old grease, dry chicken and sandwiches that been under the light all day this is the place to go… not to mention shotty service and you’ll probably be missing half of your order. Trash
This place used to be a great place to go. The food used to be fresh and customer service was great to deal with. Now, not so much.
I loved the place. Comparing to other fast food restaurants, this one had a work station. Not to mention, the food was fast and fresh and the staff was great! I definitely plan to go more often!
