We hired Zest Kitchenz to provide all the food for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for 14 people and were incredibly pleased with how the meal turned out. Michael was professional throughout the process, helpful with menu selections that would be in season, incredible with timely and clear communication, and punctual when delivering everything the day of the event. We would highly recommend Zest Kitchenz and plan to hire them again for our next event.
We hired Zest Kitchenz to cater my 80th birthday party and certainly made the best choice. We met with Michael at our home a couple of weeks before the event and again by phone the week of the event. Chef Michael was very attentive to our requirements and assured us that we would have a wonderful party. Michael and his staff on the day of the party showed up plenty early to set up everything. There was plenty of staff available to service our guests and needs. The bartender made sure that everyone was taken care of quickly. In the meantime, platters of delicious food were distributed in various rooms and the outdoor pool area. The service was spectacular and nobody went without plenty of food and drink. If somebody spilled or dropped something, Michael’s staff were right on top of it immediately. My friends were very pleased with Zest Kitchenz. Chef Michael and his team were absolutely amazing! I originally found him several months ago on Yelp when I was planning my best friend’s bachelorette weekend in Palm Beach for late September. From the very beginning, he was awesome to communicate & work with, especially when it came to planning the menu and budget concerns. He and his team definitely did not disappoint when they came to our VRBO house in Palm Beach and prepared our dinner—it was, hands down, our most favorite night of the trip! Not only was the food phenomenal, but they made sure our wine glasses were always full and they left the kitchen absolutely spotless when they were finished at the end of the night. I’ve already recommended Zest Kitchenz to several friends as well as the homeowners of the VRBO we rented, and I would’ve rated more than 5 stars had I been allowed! I highly recommend Chef Michael! I contacted him out of state based upon his reviews and website to provide dinner arrangements for my in-laws. My step daughter was to be married and my in-laws were unable to attend. My husband wanted to give his parents a special dinner before the ceremony that they were able to view via the internet. Chef Michael went above and beyond with his service , creating a comfortable and relaxing ambience for my in-laws. The food was delicious, impressive in presentation and plenty of leftovers! Chef Michael answered every single text and phone call promptly during the arrangement which made me feel at ease at arranging an important engagement from so away. My husband and I graciously thank Chef Michael for making a special occasion go so smoothly!!!
Yesterday my parents celebrated 50 years of marriage. We hired Chef Michael’s Zest Kitchenz to prepare and serve a dinner for this amazing occasion.Chef Michael gave us a great evening of fabulous food and service. Each dish was beautifully constructed and tasted as good as it looked. His professional expertise allowed us the opportunity to sit back and enjoy his culinary perfection. Chef Michael catered a birthday dinner for my wife and family which was a fantastic evening. He was responsive, easy to work with and set the menu to accommodate food allergies and preferences. Every dish was delicious (shrimp salad, local surf & turf, and chocolate mousse) and enjoyed by all (heated debate on which was our favorite). Thanks for a wonderful evening (and leftovers) and look forward to working with him again!
We hired Mike to prepare and serve dinner to our group of 7. The meal was delicious and Mike was so easy to work with. When I first called him, he wasn’t available and then he was flexible enough to work around our schedule.After spending a lot of time on the phone with me, I texted him to say I wasn’t sure, based on my kids’ schedules, if the evening was going to work out. (Which of course, in the end it did) He was so nice and understanding. I’ve had other caterers and chefs get really mad if my plans changed.He’s professional, kind, and above all a great chef!Our entire family highly recommends him
