I placed my order online 4 hours before I was to pick it up. I get there, and they tell me they were just wrapping it up. I take a seat for about 20 minutes before they tell me I didn't order from their restaurant and then that they don't have it ready and that they won't have it ready for awhile.I understand mistakes happen, but tell me you messed up and how you are going to fix the problem instead of giving me the run around. I ordered so far ahead because I ordered 50 wings with fries and didn't want to be a walk in customer ordering that and backing the kitchen up.All in all I was there at 625 for a 630 carry out and didn't leave until 720.
I placed an online order today 06/21/22 at 6:08pm it said my order will be ready in 13-18 minutes. I arrived and my order was still not done it was 6:25 and they just started doing my order. Store on Congress in Boynton is amazing! Food came on time, hot and crispy! First time i ever got fries still crispy from delivery. They even gave me the 4 extra Blazed and Glazed sauce sides I requested! Very impressed with this delivery order keep up the good work at this location!
The only reason I will give them 3 stars is because their wings and sauces are amazing. But, they are so slow. Took them over an hour to make wings. Staff walks around like they don't care or want to be there. One lady on the register didnt greet us, but said, "what's your name?" I then said, "I haven't been helped yet." She then said, "oh. What you want." - I told my husband we won't be back for a long time.
For some inexplicable reason, on a Monday night, had to wait 42 minutes for an order of 15 boneless wings and a side of fries, which was all COLD when received... after waiting 42 MINUTES!!! COLD!?!? Terrible experience, i hope this is not the business model you work from. Phones rang continuously and no one would touch them, except to turn them down, throwing money away, not the way to run a restaurant. Music was so loud you couldn't even hear the cashier. I was excited when we finally got a Wing Stop in town, but this is not what i was expecting. Poorly managed and poorly staffed, no pride in product or service. Very disappointing. No plan to spend my money here ever again.
I had a very bad experience the first time I tried to eat here. Got a call the next day from the district manager Rodney. He asked me to come back in and take care of me. He was very nice and helpful. I came back in and I’m glad I did. This location is very busy. If you can have some patience the food is worth it. Rodney seems to be a great leader. Because of him I would probably try this place again.
By far the worst wing stop I have ever been to. We had orders two days in a row. The first day my spouse went in because the online ordering was off even though it was 9pm and they didn’t close until midnight. The manager was yelling not to accept anymore orders at 9! He was yelling to not answer the phone to just let it ring and he kept yelling it with customers in the store. The next day we made an online order for lunch, we arrived 30 minutes after the order and they could not find out order. They claimed we didn’t order, we had to show proof we made an online order, for an employee to discover our ticket cover in wing sauce ? they didn’t prepare our order so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order because they lost it. Nothing was offered and there’s was no apology. This place is poorly managed.
I ordered 20 wings and a basket of fries and was told 40 minutes. Arrived on time and had to wait an additional hour before they let me know they are starting my order. Ordered a large Fry and got a regular size. No management was on site and order tickets were not being done in order.
If I could choose a zero rating I would. I placed an order a DAY AHEAD of time and had to wait nearly two hours before having to demand a refund and cancel the order. The staff was rude and the manager was aloof and just as disrespectful. I will never be back. And why so many long haired employees with NO hair nets, masks, or gloves on in the kitchen? Hell, even the employees deserve better. Maybe pay them more so THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS. Maybe start screening employees to make sure they actually CARE ABOUT PEOPLE and have social skills BEFORE you hire them. But it’s all about cheap labor right? This franchise is a money grab with more invested in marketing and selling frozen chicken tossed in sauce than they are quality. Find a local establishment that cares about customer service instead.
First time here. We tried two different wing flavors - Original & Hawaiian. Both were crispy and full of flavor. The Cajun Corn was amazing. Finally found a really good wing place down here!!
