I am extremely mad, I just bought a salad. I found pieces of hair on it. I drove to the store during my break and drive back just to realize that I can’t eat my lunch because of the hair in the salad.
Truthfully racist towards white women told me they did not have change for cash in the drawer? Absolutely ridiculous then they will all giggling in the window handing in the food will never go back there again
Probably the worst Wendy's and fast food restaurant I ever stepped foot into. Costumer service is terrible, everything is unorganized, and they take wayy to long to take orders. May I remind you it's called "fast food" for a reason? The team leader cannot speak English and when asked to speak with her, she didn't speak to me directly and instead spoke with her cashier. I was planning on working here, but they were not ready for my interview and there was no manager there. Please do better and find people who can speak English to work there.
Just ugh... so disappointing. Cold fries ? and something was off with that chicken and/or ranch sauce. Actually made me sick ? . The girl cashier was really sweet though.
I went to this location on Tuesday, 05/17/22 and there was a sign that said "cash only." I drove to another Wendy's where the said the credit card system is hardly ever down, and usually up and running again in 30 minutes. I went by this same Wendy's again today, 05/20/22, and I was told they can only accept cash. I called the customer service number for Wendy's, but no one answered the phone (which I find ironic). I think there is a scam taking place. It won't hurt customers directly, but if you are the manager or owner of this store, I'd look into what's going on. A credit card system down for two separate days around 4:00 p.m. seems suspicious.
If you choose the right foods it's probably one of the better fast food outlets.I rarely eat at fast food restaurants but sometimes necessary
Rude and poorly speaking employees who couldn't take an easy drink order correctly then proceeded to get mad at us for their mess up. Hand crafted drinks were so water downed it was far worth the time and money. Avoid this place at all cost!
Very rude cashier her name is Maryze??????she bearly speaks english and Maryze used the F.. word while I was very very nice to her??Maryze should be fired…. She shouldn’t be working at any of the Wendy…. A lot of people from work are complaining about Maryze … Get rid of her. I usually have a great experience with the other girls… I love them so much
tasty fast food. staff was attentive to our requests. tables were immediately cleaned when diners left.
Usually have an adequate experience here. The food is good and usually quick. Saying the customer service was horrible would be a compliment. The lady taking our order couldn't understand English and couldn't understand what medium meant. The poor manager/shift leader was barely holding together. I did give it 2 stars for the laughter at the Christmas music still playing in the dining room.
