Your service was absolutely horrible as usual. It would be nice if the people behind the counter actually understood English. They raise their prices and they don't show it on the menu. The only reason that we go to Wendy's is the fact that they give senior soda and Senior coffee otherwise I wouldn't step foot in there

Must check your order after getting it every single time because its probably going to be wrong. Also, they do not like tonuse gloves here and I wouldnt call it fast food they take from a while to forever it seems.
Wrong sandwich. Fries tasted like they were fried in month old fish guts. Drink had so much soda on the outside of the cup I had to wash out the cup holder when I got home. Sat forever waiting for it too. Thought I was getting fresh food.
First and last time I ever go there; the people are rude and food is terrible. When I walked in there where four people behind the counter literately doing nothing. I stood there at the counter for 5 minutes while they just stood there talking and laughing. When I finally said, "excuse me, I'd like to order," the three girls looked me up and down then rolled their eyes. Then one of them left to go to the bathroom. She came back with a boy and he took my order. Look I understand if they were on their break, but I doubt that. They were filling out orders that were coming in through the drive through, which was one, maybe two cars at most, that came through during those 5 minutes. They just didn't want to take my order, and I don't know why; and I don't understand the hostility and attitude they were giving. Also the guy who took my order, discreetly flipped someone off when he came out of the bathroom; I don't know if it was me or his fellow co-workers, but that isn't appropriate to do in front of customers. On top of all that, the food I ordered was partially raw.I can understand the rude service and the undercooked food if the place was packed, and the drive through was piled up, but no; no one was inside and two cars came by in the drive through. This place need to retrain their managers and employee cause everything is a mess here. It was a waste of time and money coming here.
5th time coming here and can’t order anything. Lady at the speaker kept saying they were sold out of everything.Every time I come here they have an excuse to not serve the customer.I don’t know why this location is still open. Worst Wendy’s in America.
The worst Wendy's in Boynton Beach. The restaurant open at 630am everyday but the employees here kind of open it whenever. Just stopped to pick up Breakfast and was told they open at 1030am. This is not the first time this has happened. According to the Wendys website Breakfast is served between 630 am to the latest 1030am. Basically, they lied to a customer and closed the restaurant for breakfast.
May 1 place order online got to store zero customers and zero employees to be seen had to yell hello to get someone's attention. They couldn't find my order had to make my order off of my phone was there for approximately 40 minutes One customer through the drive-thru employees we're rude and appeared to have been wearing their uniforms for at least a week. Got food went home opened up the packages fries were absolutely cold chicken nuggets were like chicken rocks the burger patties seem to be made out of rubber the whole meal was a disgrace through it in the garbage I don't know what's happened to that Wendy's used to be great I know I won't be going back there and whoever owns that place better make some changes otherwise it'll be closed very shortly for lack of business just disgraceful.$15 flush down the toilet where the food should have gone

bro what the hell are wrong with these employees man!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered food they told me to wait on the side for my order and when she finally came she forget all my drinks. I rolled down my window and said hello miss and she ignored me and walked away. They forgot all my silverware that I needed and when I was actually ordering she was like having a conversation while talking to me when I was in the drive thru. I was just visiting but when I do I’m def not coming here and they should all be fired or shut this place down.
