Honestly I don’t understand why we haven’t had Troy’s BBQ before. The Family Meal was AMAZING sooo much food. The chef said I would be back and WE WILL ???

1st meal at this Boynton Beach FL BBQ joint. Awesome! I'm a serious barbecue hound. Lips-macking great smoke taste, great sides, large portions, perfectly flavored and seasoned. Best of the best in South FL. Even better, super friendly folks and service with a smile. I'm there for meal # two tonight for their all you can eat rib night every Tuesday for 15 bucks! Addictive!
Troy’s Barbeque is hands down is one of the top top 5 best rib shacks in Palm Beach County. The cornbread is soft, sweet and moist. The mac and cheese is cheesy and well seasoned. The yams were sweet, fresh and soft. Now the mouth watering, exquisite, heavenly, scrumptious Ribs are to die for. There’s a lot of meat on the bone for one. The ribs are pretty big, long and thick. They are seasoned and not tough. It tasted as if the ribs were marinated over night. There are several varieties of sauces to choose from. I choose the sweet sauce. Everything is freshly cooked, and I restaurant is clean, inviting, and roomy. There’s some seating outside as well. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Those are the top three qualities every staff should have. I strongly without hesitation recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. I will definitely be supporting this business in the near future.
I don't normally write reviews but I had to because this was marvelous. The employees were nice. I didn't expect the food to be seasoned this good, the corn bread was soft and moist and trust me that's rare when it comes to "fast" food bbq. I also ordered collard greens, mac and cheese, with the chicken and ribs, the meat was moist and everything was flavorful, would recommend, this is like authentic home cooked style food.
I catered Troy's for our employees a few times, and this is always a favorite among our group! Our 50 employees LOVE the pulled pork and mac 'n' cheese! We cater lunches often, and I always appreciate when food is packaged nicely and ready to serve. Troy's did a great job. I even needed more pork and the delivery driver, Julie, went back and delivered more within 15 minutes! Highly recommend catering Troy's!
Sat at a booth and table needed cleaning. Other tables had leftover food etc. that was not cleaned off..3 tables. Quite a few employees behind the counter so this was unacceptable. Had the rib dinner and regular ribs were good. But there were small pieces on dish that were fatty. I asked for a plate and all they had were Styrofoam take out containers. I was happier on my first visit, this time not so much. Maybe the owner needs to be there..employees seemed young.
I have eaten there 100 times and it is was great food and service every time. In particular the pulled pork and brisket are wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The entire staff were fun and friendly. The food was delicious and the desserts were too tempting to pass up. I can't wait for our next visit.
New to the area and was wanting some barbecue. We'll I'll never know if this place was any good or not. The online ordering tool only listed one meat, not what is on the real menu. Tried calling a couple of times and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. If they don't want my business I will be glad to oblige. There are other spots in town.
