I come to this location at least 4 times a week before work, the shakes are good! Depending on who’s making them, the older lady is always sweet and remembers me every time I come in , in the morning during the week . The only reason why I am giving it 4 star is because I wish they had discounts for first responders. And I wish they would start letting us use the cups we purchased, other than that . This is the only location I come too!
Good experience, turnover rate here seem to be high. There are a couple of people I will not miss. Most of the staff is friendly and establishmentis always clean. I normal have a somewhat complex order that can equal inconsistent smoothie. They recently had a Miami Dolphin meet and greet there that was awesome.
My first time at Tropical Smoothie - had the Bahama Mama. Although it was good- ALL i tasted was the strawberry…. So that was definitely quite disappointing.
I ate here for the first time today, and had a delicious sandwich. It was so fresh and well-made. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and just wonderful. The restaurant is very clean, and one of the staff members was continually doing something to ensure this. I will definitely go back again. Thank you
The place looks really clean and neat and the staff was really friendly answering all my questions. I will be back for the banana flat bread for sure. They also have 2 interesting breakfast sandwiches.They don't have coffee. So I left. I went there for breakfast, and they have breakfast but NOT coffee. How come? Cafe is a informal establishment that server many refreshments including coffee. I think coffee is a must to be served in a place called Cafe. I will update this post after my next visit to tell how the food is. It looks like it is delicious.
I visited this store yesterday for the first time because I had received a coupon for that specific store. It is a little bit of a ride to get there but it was worth it. There is a store just a half mile from my house, but the staff in this store were so kind that it's worth the trip. Food and smoothie were amazing, and the place was clean. This is my new go to spot!
Stopped by this location today and both service and smoothies were great!They were so kind and helpful to me and my daughter.The manager definitely runs this location right.I found my favorite smoothie spot since moving to FL!!
Here with my baby and they added blueberries because my son wanted his drink to be purple, and they kindly accommodated and he loved it. I got the Island Green due to iron content. Baby enjoyed mine as well which was interesting since it was kale and spinach. They also put My baby’s drawing on the wall!
My husband tried to do something nice and stopped in to get my favorite smoothie flavor, peanut butter banana. The people working there just decided on their own that they would add chocolate in, even though my husband was specific in what he ordered. You would think that they would clarify what he wanted before just assuming that he wanted chocolate. He didn't order that, he knows I don't like chocolate in that smoothie. It's frustrating because the smoothie was not cheap, he didn't notice because it was for me and he didn't try it. Terrible customer service. He ordered something and they just did whatever they wanted. I threw out a $7 drink because it tastes awful from fake powered chocolate like nastiness and more irritating my husband didn't order that smoothie. I don't want to call someone about my order being wrong.
Me and friends are new too the area. Best thing we did was stop to eat service was like family. This great lady nani was great while we were outside food was brought too us. She took time too speak too us all. Thats why now it's a stop every sunday when we are in the area. Couldn't tell there was a boss everyone worked as a team.
