Went to TooJays on June 5 for lunch. Chris was our waiter. We’ve had him before! My friend had the liver, I had the Salmon. It was good! The restaurant. was clean. The serve was good the food was hot.GREAT JOB. I also noticed a waitress ESTHER serving in our section. She was carrying FULL TRAYS OF FOOD LIKE NOTHING!! They both worked together nicely. THANKS for Great staff ,food, and service!!

Customer service is crap, food is ok. I can make better at home. This location used to be great! I guess people just don't care anymore

I ordered, for pick-up, what was supposed to be a shepherd's pie! The cheese was just slapped on, did not bother to melt it! I was told, when I got to the restaurant, that they were charging me for a dinner order because I ordered past the lunch menu time. The difference between dinner or lunch is only that you choose a soup or salad. It was $16.58, sure not worth it! There were only two tables occupied at the restaurant, no wonder! If I could give 0 stars, I would! ? ? ?

Mazto ball soup was horrible with little bits of dark chicken and a few slices of white chicken. Matzo ball was too soft with too much parsley. What happened as usually it's broth with matzo ball? Worse I've ever had. Tuna melt was so-so as it had 2 little scoops of tuna covered with melted cheese on each scoop. Tasted a little too fishy and didn't eat but one scoop. Ordered slice of layered chocolate cake and that saved the meal. Won't be returning.

Nice Deli. Fair price sandwiches and Salads. Very good baked items and desserts a little pricey on baked goods. All staff were friendly. Will be back soon.

ordered online so I could just go and pick up our meal. I waited 20 minutes before I left my house to make sure it was ready, when I arrived, I was told it was going to be a couple of minutes, but 20 minutes later it still was not ready, so I asked for a manager. When she came and I told her the problem she turned around and did not even acknowledge I was there, they don't cre about the customers only keeping you there to get your money, NOT MINE NEVER AGAIN,

Went for lunch on a Sunday. It was not busy at all. We waited almost 10 minutes for the server to even greet us. We placed our whole order then because we had been waiting. We waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. My "hot" ham and Swiss was not even toated and the server said my food did not come with fries even though the menu clearly states it does. The server was not even apologetic when I voiced my frustration over the pace of the meal. She simply left the check on the table.

OMG the tongue sandwich was incredible. I was full but could have easily done lunch all over again!Update 2022: Seems like portion sizes have gotten much smaller. This is usually a place I must go to every time I come to Florida but for $18 I really wish I got more than a small portion of tongue for my sandwich. The flavor is still fantastic, just wish my dollar went further. We did try the hotdogs and those were fantastic as well. Lots of food for the money with them.

We were in the area, and we knew there was a TooJays, so we went there…..me, Andrea, and my two pet (service animal) rabbits….Joey & Delta. As at the other TooJay’s locations I have been to; the food was excellent! Our server, Marie was really great too! Perry, the manager; was a cool guy too. The Men’s Room even had a handle on the toilet seat, which I have never seen anywhere before (although I didn’t use it). When next in Boynton Beach; I will definitely go back. I give it a high rating of two rabbit ears up!! (\ (\ ( -.-) o_(“)(“)

An Online Order Disaster.Placed a lunch order directly through TooJay’s website after my first order through UberEats was cancelled for reasons unknown. The order was placed around 11:30am on 12/30/21. I received an SMS notification at 12:04pm that my order had been picked up and was en route, and another at 12:13pm that the order had been delivered. Great!Only issue-the food never arrived. I called TooJay’s, who initially claimed they had no record of me ever placing an order. After I read off the order number, I was then told that my order had been picked up some time ago but that they had no way of contacting the driver, as Uber Eats fulfills the stores deliveries even for orders placed directly through the restaurant’s website. We all know Uber Eats is semi-dependable at best, but the most grating aspect of this experience and frankly the impetus for even leaving this review was the (lack of) customer service TooJay’s displayed throughout.Between dealing with the rude employee who answered my phone call and could clearly not care less, or being ghosted by the manager who promised me a phone call back on how TooJay’s could “make this right”, this was a particularly lousy yet avoidable experience.
