The gelati is amazing every time, but more importantly the customer service is ALWAYS exceptional. Such nice employees they have working there. Makes for a very pleasant experience!
I live in the area and enjoy going to Boardwalk on the weekends. I have a go-to favorite but unfortunately, the toppings I like have been out of stock for nearly two months. It's disappointing because otherwise the service and experience is 5 stars!Thanks for the reply, Joe Sr. and Boardwalk Family! My go-to is your vanilla soft serve with peanut butter cups. Are they no longer on the menu?
I love the custard! It tastes similar to McDonald's ice cream to be honest. My husband and I go here quite often. They have picnic tables in the back and the game ring a bull. Most of the staff are friendly. I do recommend the italian ice and custard mix if you can't decide between the two!
7 of us came in for ice cream /Italian ice after dinner out this evening. All of our treats were delicious but I wanted to compliment your entire staff, all of whom were friendly and eager to serve those who were waiting. Jermaine, in particular, was fast, efficient, as well as conversant. As a business owner, I recognize that He's an asset to your business! Bravo!
Came in there for the first time tonight and Zack served me the best ice cream I’ve ever had. He’s super friendly, hooks up the toppings and puts an outstanding image for the company as a whole. Awesome place!!
Very cute place! I got the passion fruit Italian Ice Cream, and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the employees are very friendly. I also love how they decorated the place, it feels very homey.
Owner Joe and his wife are two of the nicest people I've met in a long time. The entire staff are courteous and friendly and their ice cream is amazing. A definite must visit if you are in the area!

Wonderful and cozy ice cream parlor next to the Chevron gas station. The ice creams and cannoli I ordered were all delicious! Plenty of outdoor seating is available as well, making it the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon. Highly recommend.
On Monday, Feb 17th, my friend and I stopped in The Boardwalk Italian Ice & Creamery for the first time. We were received by 2 young men that I think are the example of the best customer service I have experienced. Seriously! They genuinely wanted to help you and were pleasant. You could tell they were great kids. I did not think to ask their names. OH I almost forgot to mention the soft serve custard that was incredible. The business owner has done a great job with creating the best customer service and the best soft serve custard. I'm going back to try the ice cream and I hope the boys are there.Apparently they have much more to choose from. We didn't make it past the custard.
