If I could give negative stars I would. The woman that works the window most days is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at any fast food establishment. She is NEVER EVER friendly and treats you as if you are a burden to be eating at the place that EMPLOYS her. I use to eat here several days a week but I will not return due to her attitude. Do better Taco Bell!! There are Thousands of people in need of jobs for you to be keeping someone whom makes the CUSTOMER feel uncomfortable with even pulling to the window. Such a disappointment.

7/3 @ approximately 8 p.m. Drive-thru person was extremely RUDE! I asked if everything was in the bag; she nodded her head & without saying a word, closed the window. I got home to find out that 2 items from order were missing. I returned to this location, drove up to the same clerk, explained that 2 items were missing, she NEVER empathized. I informed her how she made me feel; and it would be nice if she could acknowledge me and she closed the window in my face AGAIN! I immediately parked my park, went inside; spoke to a manager. Explained the situation to the manager. After I informed the manager of the scenario & that no one has yet to empathize with me, she then apologized and said she would to speak to the drive-thru cashier. I will NEVER RETURN to this location AGAIN!!!!

Pleasantly surprized for a quick light bite. Got the Fiesta Veggie burrito. I dont like Sour Cream and was happy to get that eliminated.

need better customer serviceHiI ordered 6 Mexican pizzas and other food worth $50. The Pizza comes with beef + beans. I asked to swap the beef with beans so it is supposed to have adequate amount of beans. I made sure of that by asking the staff and she agreed. Further, I asked her to notify the pizza maker. At home when I unpacked the Pizzas, I found there was just very little beans on the pizza. I called and spoke to the manager, he did not care at all. All he could have offered a couple of free Mexican Pizza for next order or a discount on next order but he refused to do that.I have been Toca Bell customer for 30 years, with this customer dealing, Toca Bell just lost another customer.

The drive-thru line was very long so I went inside me being with a walking stick do to two knee surgeries I ordered my food and had to wait at which time the manager actually bought my food and drinks to my table for me very nice of her to do that

Fast and fresh. The line at McDonald’s next store will sit there for 20 minutes, Taco Bell is incredibly fast and great service.

This Taco Bell is an example of a franchise that doesn't work with the main company. They always have significantly higher prices than the company advertises and if you are able to buy something at the price the main company has they tell you they ran out when you go to pick it up. They are price gouging and should be boycotted, On Taco Bells website they have the group meal of 4 tacos and 4 burritos for $10, this location is charging $17.49 for the same combo. Greedy owners, Taco Bell should revoke thier license.

Very upset they over charge menu says 11.99 for chalupa combo but on line menu says 8.99Then to top it of it was veggie not even a single scoop of meat on my chalupas.I will NEVER go back to this store

Just went through the drive through and the cashier named Savannah was so pleasant and nice. Got our food very fast as well!

Closed at 2am, not 5am. Even though lights were on and 3 cars were in the parking lot, no one ever came to the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to McDonald's. While leaving McDonald's I noticed some employees walking around inside. Some guy who didn't have on a Taco Bell shirt walked out the front door. If you are going to close early, you could at least put a sign up instead of misleading people into thinking you are open.
