I have to share my experience because it was way beyond my expectation. Great place to eat and amazing customer services. I went there yesterday with my kid and it was heavy rain and I rushed to the store not to get wet and I dropped my wallet when I left from my car and I didn't realize I lost my wallet until was time to pay for lunch and my child's lunch. I was in shock when I couldn't find my wallet I looked at the cashier and I said that I'm so sorry I don't have my wallet. it must be left at home. He said that to me no worries take the food and eat and next time you pay. I was like for real? I said that I'm going home and will be back shortly hold the food. He reply me back no worries enjoy and have a wonderful day. I was speechless for his kindness and generosity. Thank you so very much for been so kind, by the way cashier's name is Yatin. Very nice man.
My favorite Subway to visit! I go at least a few times a week for breakfast. The owner of the store is the best, and knows my sandwiches by heart. He greets me by first name every time I arrive, and the attention to detail he has is spectacular. My wife didn't use to like subway, but she even started to eat it after going to pick up sandwiches for me and meeting the owner. Also the establishment is always clean and well stocked. Any time I've asked for something, the owner is always able to restock it or get me whatever it is I'm asking for. Great people, and great restaurant. Make sure you see them in the mornings for that extra special service lol!
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely, well organized and very clean Subway. Their ingredients are always fresh. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Absolutely the best Subway I ever went to. Highly recommend!
Super clean and the owner is incredibly friendly. The inside looks like it was remodeled. Much nicer then any other subway I've been in.
This was the best customer service and cleanest Subway I have ever been in. Yatin was friendly, prompt, accommodating and made a very neat sandwich. In an time when it seems no one cares about actually pleasing the customer, this was an overwhelming exception. The store lobby was clean and behind the counter was spotless. I will pass other Subway locations to visit this one in the future!
The best Subway ever. I literally pass 3 locations to get to this one. Customer service is always on point and most of all, it’s CLEAN!

So refreshing to step into a clean restaurant and be provided with excellent customer service and great food! Sad to say experiences like this are becoming even more rare in 2021, but this Subway is a gem! Probably the best Subway in Palm Beach County lol, I really enjoyed my lunch

If I could have given this establishment a zero. I would have. This by far is the most unprofessional Subway, visited. The owners and management team lacks customer service skills and training who consistently failed to provide adequate customer services.
