Staff is wonderful and the shop is always clean, especially impressive for how busy this location can get. Rarely are you left waiting whether it be ordering in or out. Parking can be difficult but that's on the plaza not them.
Just dropping in to say this is my favorite starbucks. Andrew always makes my day, he remembers my name and my order and i just love his positive vibes. If hes not already a manager he needs to be plus a raise.
Great drinks served quickly. Never any issues with getting the order made right the first time. Only qualm is getting inside/outside of the plaza.
The worst Starbucks. Long lines. Coffee the tasted like gasoline. Dirty. Not going back
Service is very good. I enjoyed a black coffee plus an almond croissant.The was tidy and clean.However, seating is very limited.
This particular location is charming and practical. The workers are friendly. Drinks are always delicious, but the atmosphere is what you go for. Such a fantastic spot to catch up with old friends and relieve the good ole days!
Why is this place advertised as drive-thru when it’s not? That’s so frustrating. Stop doing that! People either will look for the next drive-thru or in the event they just say “screw it, I’m already here” that doesn’t mean they will come again (in other words, they won’t be a returning customer). Stop deceiving the public. That’s not okay ??
OK if you're desperate. No drive through, parking is a circus, they don't call names for orders and have to ask for sugars. Not pleasant, go only if there's no alternatives.
Service is ok. Product is very good. Parking is a serious problem. Difficult to get into parking lot from the street. Incredibly small parking area. Almost never any open parking spots. Now three parking spots are reserved for 5 minute coffee pickup from online orders. Once you find a place to park, endure the Karens, and receive your order you take your life in your hands to get back out on the street.
My mobile order is always ready for pickup but the drinks seem to be different every time. Kinda like each barista makes it how they prefer lol. Room for improvement there but great otherwise.
