It was the worst experience ever. I’m sad and disappointed. I have drunk matcha Frappuccino in Starbucks since 2011. And I easily can distinguish when it has done with or without sugar. I asked to make my Frappuccino today without sugar. And it was with. When I kindly asked, would it be possible to remake it, I received answer, that I’m mistaken.
I have a recommendation.. Hire people with less of a 'woke' attitude. I was with a friend.. he was wearing a 'political' shirt and these Bernie supporters looked down at him.. his feeling were not hurt.. but as he said.. "One day they will figure it out" I agreed with him.. I'm done with this company.. Dunkin is my next choice. Enjoy your $15 a hr. while you pay $60 a fill up at the pump.. you all wanted this.... thing is.. you can't afford it working there.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! I wish I could give this place negative 10 stars!! My husband and I went into this store 10 mins. before closing, The cashier was kind. The other associate, Ange, was clearly irritated by our presence (at the end of her shift) as she was packing up the store for closing. Another couple came in after us and a woman after them. As the cashier took our orders, she asked Ange to come help make drinks. Ange was so angry that she was huffing and puffing and talking under her breath the entire time she was preparing drinks. My husband and I and the other couple all took a seat as we waited for our drinks. Ange rudely said to us all, "The store is about to close, can you all get ready to GET OUT!" She then prepared the wrong drink for me. When I brought it to her attention, she became even more agitated and threw the drink in the sink. She remade the drink and my husband and I left the store. Outside, we tasted our drinks and neither of them had the flavors we paid to have added. When we went back to simply ask to have the syrup added to our drinks, Ange ran from the back of the store yelling, "DUDE!!! YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!! WE'RE CLOSING AND I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU RUIN MY NIGHT!!" When we said our drinks did not have the flavors we requested and paid for, she grabbed her head as if she was having a nervous breakdown and started screaming, "DUDE!!! IF YOU DON'T GET OUT RIGHT NOW, I'M CALLING THE POLICE! " When we said we would leave once our drinks were corrected, she grabbed her head again and ran to the back of the store yelling, "OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!" We asked to speak to the manager, and Ange said she was the manager. The other cashier added a squirt of syrup to each of our drinks and we left, BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I was so upset that the next day I left a message for KARLIS JUSTS, the District Manager, to complain about this BIZARRE experience and never got a return phone call. Although this is my neighbor store that I often frequent, I will NEVER go into that store again! IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE TOO!

Came and ordered my usual drink and I get and this rude white Target lady that’s not even a Starbucks employee gone tell me I can’t get my drink with light ice. And I told her I always get my drink with light ice. Then she wanna have an attitude.
Convient for in Target location, but the service is horribly slow and they still won't let you sit in. Staff needs more training on efficiency
Today my wife and I had ordered a drink but the lady, who was wearing a red jacket and Haitian bandana and was working at about 1:35pm today, said she couldn’t make it and instead of asking for something different, she told us to go to another two Starbucks around the area. We refused and simply asked for another drink, but she was more talkative with her two other workers (one male and female, both Caucasian) and they didn’t even announced it was ready for us. The drink was just placed there for who knows how long. Never have we ever experienced terrible service at this Starbucks and will definitely not recommend to anyone unless you want mediocre service from unprofessional people.
