This store is the worst . I live under a mile and go to Starbucks everyday and because this store never gets my order right. I’m forced to go 3 miles to the Starbucks on Boynton beach blvd which they ALWAYS get my order right. It never fails my order is always wrong but only at this location clear sigh of management . I’m applaud the amount of money that I spend a day to be disappointed when I received the my order , this is ridiculous. All I ask for is a skinny Carmel Mac with no drizzle xtra whip and little drizzle on top. I’m forced to go to another location because my drink was the worst .
Parking was easy to find. Store was very clean and the employees were very professional. Went around 8:30am on a Friday and plenty of seating to just sit and talk with my wife. The mocha latte was amazing. Great location.
Huge Starbucks with a very nice and efficient staff.
Ice matcha chai was overfilled with ice and foam. Tried to take 2 swigs and failed. They were nice enough to remake it with less ice so it's a real drink now.
This Starbucks was not busy, but it took about 10 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got my drink. Other customers that ordered after me even received their drinks before I did. Upon receiving my drink, the manager (I’m assuming it was the manager) gave me a gift card and apologized for the wait. Even though they were slow, they had excellent customer service!
For the first time in my own personal history of me, I received what turned out to be a dismally, lukewarm $7 +tip, quad Venti-Latte. What a disappointment, to get down the road and discover a novice's nice try. I sure hope it's just an anomalous occurrence instead of the norm for that store. Everyone gets a second chance, anyway.
Busy place on a Saturday afternoon. What can I say, I love a strong cup of coffee from Starbucks. Service was fast and friendly. Cafe was full, environment was clean. Staff were wearing mask.
Great location, but parking is a problem. People park here to walk a mile to the beach, leaving no parking for customers. Main reason why I don't go here often. Very annoying
