9:30 PM on a Saturday night, only two other cars there and it was impossible for someone to even take our order of one small ice cream… I understand if they’re short staffed but we tried the center order machine and the drive in machine and it seemed impossible for an employee to help us. Look inside and they’re standing right there looking at us, very strange experience, definitely won’t give them another chance
This location is the worst establishment I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. I arrive to receive an order and they outright ignore me for 25 minutes. They continued serving everyone else that came after me and everytime I pushed the button to get an update, they kept telling that my food would be right out. After 4 button presses, I was inflamed ? and wanted to use colorful language to express my disatisfaction. I told them I would report them and drove off without the food. Apparently, they needed it more than I did for some reason.
I had never been here before. There was road construction and the detour took me there. Just ordered one of their special lemonade. It was good. But since I didn't order food not really a great review with perspective. I will try Sonic again sometime.
Went yesterday 5-10-2022, ordered 2 sonic burger meals. Beside the food being slop, brought it to car and tells us they have no ice for the drinks. Did not tell us ahead of time but a warm cherry limeade is terrible. What a waste of money on this location. Do no there.
Went on a Sunday to get a PowerAde and ice cream cone for the pup. Could tell they may have been a bit short staffed bc it took some time to get just those 2 items and the cone was a bit melted on delivery. But we didn't mind the wait and Jack didn't mind the melted cone! ?
The food and service was great when I stopped by. The building and overall appearance could use a bit of a touch up as it is over 15 years old I believe, but appearances aside, my order was done right and quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Thanks! ?
The service was absolutely great. However, I wasn't as impressed with the quality of food on my last two visits. I hadn't been to Sonic in 4 or 5 years, but my recollection of the food was of a better quality. Also one or two things that I was looking forward to were no longer on the menu. So in that regard there was a mild disappointment.But like I said the service was wonderful, the server made several trips to my car to assure that everything was done to my liking.
Arrived at 3:30pm on a Saturday to a mostly empty Sonic. Ordered 2 soft drinks. After 15 minutes, our order was brought, and 1 drink wrong. Server took wrong drink and never returned, no one answered buzzer, nothing. Finally caught server outside back door and got correct paid for drink - took total of 45 minutes for 2 soft drinks when they weren't busy. No wonder no one was there - they treat you badly and don't care.
a real fast food place with a nice burger with fries a.nd a shake. that is what the do best. drive up service which is fast and friendy' great place for the entire family to stop for low cost.
This food is a disgrace to fast food. Just look at my food! Look at it!!! Those fries did not have one, not one taken out of it before this photo. That's the chicken sandwich. NOT the chicken slider! Also the nerve of their prices with this sad food. I hope all their CEO's ECT get fired! And I just stamped my foot ! So ya know I'm angry.
