I don’t usually like to give bad stars nor bad reviews but unfortunately People need to know. First of all to the plaza owner parking needs major improvement for the higher traffic capacity nowadays. people find themselves driving up to 15 minutes for a parking spot! We came to this Hibachi steakhouse for the first time since my young adults seem to order through Uber eats or dashboard I figured let’s try it out in person. Customer service was excellent thank you for that my kids decided on a boat specifically ask what exactly can b order that’s included on a boat price I was told by the service pretty much any roll so of course when ahead n order. When we got the bill it was way over $300 for a boat for 2 thinking at first it wouldn’t be more than $150 not $300. I was surprised and wanted an explanation long story short please be careful when making certain orders prices seem to change at end of service at this establishment. I was hoping to leave happy and satisfied later I read other reviews and I guess I wasn’t the only victim overcharged. Please improve and be more specific to customers on price and don’t change it at the end. Other than that everything was good except 3 of the rolls they were mushy and super saggy fish was cut to thin. Drinks were amazing and the coconut soup was tasty.
I was in the mood for Sushi and decided to try Sawa Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar in a shopping center in Boynton Beach. I ordered the Sashimi Regular, chef special assortment of 15 pieces of Raw Fish.fresh and very good. Comes with a choice of miso soup or green salad.

The food is fine (I had hibachi and sushi) but the hibachi experience was sort of lame. We had two children with us and our chef was not very enthusiastic or entertaining. The wait staff was almost... aggressive? For $300, not really worth it. I'm an adult, I could care less about hibachi, it's basically the simplest format in the world in terms of ingredients and cooking, and I feel like I'm not alone in that respect, so please, play to the kids or why am I even there?
Oh my GOSH.... MY FAV place to eat at. So fresh, great portions, prices accommodating, wait staff is friendly, professional, and super funny. Parking is ample. Covid safe, clean, sanitized, bathrooms, face masks. Yes vegetarian options, kids friendly, wheelchair accessible and can substitute anything for dietary or vegetarian necessities. Like my comment and know that I HIGHLY recommend going here.

Nice clean Hibachi restaurant. Server was friendly and food was delicious. We ordered the steak and chicken hibachi, tequila sunrise and lychee martini. My only complaint was the price. Our bill was $86 for items pictured plus tea. I’ve been served more food at Benihana.
Dinner was good. I had chicken teriyaki that was presented a little differently than usual, but was very tasty. My wife enjoyed her sushi. I recommend this restaurant and certainly would go again.
My friends took me out for my birthday... This was so fun and the food was GREAT!!
Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant. Not sure how it’s even open with how dirty the place is! The cups had crud in them and the servers had fingers in the food when handing it over to my family and I. Walked out and NEVER GOING BACK!
