We love Sal's. Very pricey compared to Italian food in New York, but competitive for this area. Very good pizzas with high quality toppings. Fast and very friendly. Been coming here for 20 years. Will continue to do so.
Wonderful service! We walked in and ordered takeout and the atmosphere was very friendly and helpful! The pizza was well flavored and our greek salad was so fresh. Everything was very tasty and we would for sure go again!
Food fresh....yummylicious and abundant portions.I ordered 2 Chicken Parmigiano and 1 Chicken Francese. Each order was equivalent to two meals. Yayyy no cooking dinner tomorrow ?Fried Calamari and mozzarella sticks.Ready in time stated..AMY IS A GEM..FRIENDLY...OUTGOING
We had reservations at 6pm.Most of the tables and booths were dirty. We stood there waiting to be seated and no one approached us. It appeared they only had two servers so I went up to the take out counter and told him we had reservations at 6pm. He said sit anywhere. Our server came over at 615ish and said early bird dinners ended at 6 even though we were there by six ,No big deal. We ordered two glasses of wine and two waters. We received the wine then the water 10 minutes later. I ordered ravioli the sauce was cold and sour. I told our server and he said sorry. My husband mesl was ok. We are very disappointed
They've been helping us for many years. Seem to be getting better as time goes. Many good dishes, and tonight they nailed a tough pizza. We get the chicken dishes, and chicken salads, and their pizzas are on point. Veggie pizza was soggie once before, but what a wonderful operation helping our community properly. I respect them.
Lunch.. great for a couple slices and a drink, and for dinner, since covid, we've gotten used to picking up until the other night when we decided to go out.Food was as always... top notch italian. Great sauce. Unfortunately the were hit by covid lack of personnel. Our poor waiter had way too many tablss and we dont think he was very experienced. Only 2/4 received what they ordered... a lasagna and a veal parm turned into a chicken parm and spaghetti with meatballs. But the wait between ordering, to getting soups/salads, to those entrees coming out was kind of long so we took the dishes offered. We ordered under early bird and supposed to get coffee and dessert and only 1 of 2 coffees came out and though we were only offered choice of cheesecake or red velvet cake, suddenly they had no cheesecake and the velvet cake, ordered to go, never materialized. It was a Sunday night in season, but still...I would recommend their pizza.. ny style.. thin crusted, dining in or out, but their traditional italian entrees as a pick up or delivery- not in house. Good food is still good food, right?
We just walk out of this restaurant, it was the most filthy restaurant in the area. The floors hasn’t been wash in long time, seat were dirty with left over food on all of them. This place is disgusting and we can’t believe the people ordering from a filthy kitchen and restaurant. And the guy doing pizza didn’t wear a beard net. It was so repulsive that we walk out after a minute in that filthy restaurant. Shame on you New Owners, you shouldn’t be aloud to operate a garbage restaurant. 0 Stars
The woman on the phone was incompetent. The order was missing food we paid for. When we called back, they would not redeliver because they said they did not have their own drivers. They relied on doordash. They said they would reimburse us, but I'm still waiting.
Horrible will never go back, worst experience and not a way to treat customers. I ordered via grubhub and decided to pick up because it was a bit late. Order was completely wrong even though the guy asked me 3 times (not rocket science). Sals stated I would get a full credit and can order again direct. 1 minute later got a call they stated they are refusing my credit and I need to deal with Grubhub. I told the freaking guy at sals 3 times what my order was. Now I am the man in the middle. The GrubHub was a gift to me. Sals Lakeworth on 441 you should be ashamed to call a customer back and retract a credit that a Sals employee said I would get after I was satisfied with the initial resolution. Then that person went to blame the poor girl that offered me the cred. Its not her fault, its the management. Apparently sucks because they hung up on me when I said that it is their responsibility for partnering with grubhub. THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. This is the worst customer service I have had in this whole covid situation. Lame and I do not recommend this place. I hope corporate is reading this, if not Ill reach to them.
