Went to this restaurant tonight and are very disappointed. There is a waitress in particular who yelled at us and told us we needed to tip more because we tipped 18%. She said that we needed to tip more and was very aggressive and very rude and said they have to tip the chefs very well. She was very disrespectful and rude and we will not be returning. You should not tell your customers how much to tip you. She was asking for the maximum amount and we only saw her once when she took our drink orders. Very disappointed
Had a birthday party there. Attendees from 3 to 83. All were entertained and feed an awesome meal.
Food was not fresh. We didn’t do hibatcbi this time. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Flys flying around all over as well. Flavorless and nasty food being served. The quality of the food is very low. They are also dishonest about the cut of meat they are serving. That was no filet mignon we had. It was all disgusting. They must also be removing negative posts because my guest left reviews and those are gone. This is a -10 star at best.
1st time ordering Sushi and the waitress was spot on with her suggestion of the Sapporo Roll. Delicious!
Menu is loaded with variety for anyone!! Super impressed with the choices. Food was good and very casual place. Friendly and attentive staff too.
We have been going to Saitos for years birthdays and anniversarys. Our party is typically 18-20 people. Coconut Creek and Boca are excellent 5 starrs, but we went to Pompano. We had reservations at 6:30 for 20, we turned out to be 18. We arrived at 6:30 all 18, they look confused on where to sit us after a few minutes, sat us at a large table with 2 hibachi grills (thats perfect), we sat 20 minutes without any one coming to our table then took forever to get drinks and a cook. The table next to us came in an hour after us and left before us. We finally got done at 9:00, my lobster was overcooked, drinks were watered down. Bill for just me and my husband 172. Never go back to Pompano. I looked for the corporate website so i can let them know, cant find it. so Google was my last resort
I would really like to rate Saito's at 4 and 1/2 stars. I have dined in at lunch and fully enjoyed the bento boxes. Recently however, my friends and I ordered takeout during dinner time. My selection was Hibachi Salmon. I was very disappointed that the salmon was dry, overcooked, did not include the soup that I would have received had I dined in. And the cost was $26.95. That said, I will be back to enjoy lunches, but not take out.
Our server was very pleasant and helpful, excellent service by all the staffFood was very delicious, Saturday night was very busy, all the hibachi tables were filled, yet food was served promptI definitely recommend Saito's for beautiful Japanese dining for any occasion. Reservations are recommended on weekends and holidays.
Enjoy entertaining Benihana-style BBQ, or order from the very extensive Japanese menu. Dine in or take out. I especially enjoy the bento box lunch specials. Conveniently located in west Boynton Beach (Jog Rd, just south of Le Chalet Blvd.)
The food tasted good but they don't give you noodles which I thought was odd. And the rice is extra ?
