Authentic Thai restaurant with amazing food. All plates come with cucumber soup and Pad Thai. Recommended.

I had a question about the take out meals I wanted to order. He told me to “read the menu”. What?! So rude! I was shocked. It was ALMOST my first time ordering from them. I left instead, and won’t be back…ever. There are too many polite places that will answer a simple menu question. Especially as restaurants are still struggling to recover. Think twice. (Also, this place is in a dead little plaza under construction.)

Ive been coming here at least twice a week for the last couple of years the food is amazing but i must say it is absolutely appalling that the whole time ive been coming here the owner has done absolutely nothing to improve the staff the staff is horrific they are so disrespectful and rude i cannot believe they allow people to work in their restaurant with no personality at all sarcasm and so on ….you will notice alot of the comments on here are staff related its ridiculous if i could give the customer service here below 1 star i would! the owner obviously does not take much pride in who he or she hires or care about customer service at all the food is good but let me assure you the food is not all we remember!

The service here is beyond terrible tried to give this place a couple chances and each time the staff was very nasty every single one of them! the guy who works there that’s been there forever since I first went is very nasty makes comments about how much food you order and basically if I could put into words he’s a sarcastic person who so clearly hates his job!!! I left him zero tip considering his service doesn’t deserve a single dollar more from me it’s beyond me how this is okay in the restaurant industry customers happiness is key I’m seeing comments from the owner about the fact it’s hard to find people and staffthat is not true in todays world everyone is searching for a job everyone leaves reviews and it’s clear they don’t take the business seriously im never going back hopefully they will start to care about the reviews they read and do something regarding the staff!

Fantastic food. Everything we had was good. Chicken satay with peanut sauce wasy favorite. Great service, we will be back again.

I went to make a take out order. The guy at the host stand was very very rude (which I expected, because every time I go there they are rude) He said it would take an hour and I said I was happy to wait and may I have a glass of wine? I decided after a few minutes, I wanted to add soup to my order and when I asked to do so, he rolled his eyes at me, but complied. I even generously tipped, despite his attitude. When I got my food home (red Curry chicken and Tom kha) I had asked for extra spicy, but they literally didn’t add ANY spice to either and it is not even very good Thai food. I had to look through my cupboards to only find harissa, which isn’t even the right flavor. I will NEVER go back to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone!!!!! I had only eaten spicy beef salad there in the past, which is hard to mess up. I’m glad I know not to waste any more money or time on this place

We went for lunch and had a fantastic meal, definitely the best Asian we've had in the Boynton-Boca region. Their portions are generous, and this often does not happen when ordering off the lunch special menu. In past experience, many Asian restaurants offer child-sized portions in exchange for a lower price - not this place! Our appetizers, vegetable spring rolls and fried shrimp rolls were crisp, piping hot, and not greasy. The Pad Thai was mountainous, fragrant with fresh herbs, and generously bathed in peanut sauce. My husband's shrimp wonton soup was served in a massive bowl and laden with rice noodles, shrimp-filled wontons, and fresh herbs. Both entrees came with a bowl of delicately seasoned Thai soup with tofu cubes. Topping off a great meal was very friendly and attentive service. This place is a home run and we WILL be back.

It was the worst experience considering their attitude, welcoming and bad service we got through two long hours me and my family including my little grandson being there, when my son ask to talk with the managerThe waitress said: he is my uncle, you could talk to me. We he did , she shrugged then said: so what now? No apology nothing then said againWhat now you are ready to order! Then when my husband ask for the checkAs you see in the picture I addedThey wrote No Tips NeededDo I need to say more!

Small little place with a few tables outside. However, the food is very fresh and consistently very good. The service is quick and pleasant enough. The prices are reasonable. Not a full bar but large selection of wine and beer. Plenty of parking as they are located in a large strip mall.

The best Thai food in south Florida! Always fresh and reasonably priced. Thai Basi -2 stars is one of my favorites! I go at least once a week!
