When I went in to order no one even came to the register to help. I had to scan a QR code and order. Then 5 minutes later 2 other people walked in and were helped. It took them over 10 minutes to make 2 tropi chop bowls and they weren't even busy. No one seemed to care about the customers. The rice ended up being severely over cooked.

This place is a hot mess! Every time we come, issues with everything. It's a wonder they are still in business. No one in front because of a scheduled dinner break...oh and a babysitting problem for not one, but two employees in the parking lot. Gave me empty sauce cups. I mean...if you want to save money, it won't be by barely adding sauce to the cups. Start by getting better staff that can actually take pride in the job. Not charring the chicken and eating on the job in front of customers. If Google had a no-star option I'd put that.

I dont even know why Pollo Tropical is still around. When I was younger back in the 90's in Miami food was delicious. Now I'm trying to figure out what changed. And I believe it's the fact that kids with attitudes and just there for a pay check are running these places. No customer service skills their faces as if they are bothered by you even placing an order. And don't let them serve you cold rice cold rolls and forget your water that you paid for. Whew the dirty looks you receive is painful. First time and last time at this and any other locations. I'm happy they closed all locations in Ga. Time to do so in Fl.

After waiting on the drive thru for over 20 minutes with cars behind me honking....2 people asking what i had ordered, simple a ck cease wrap, fried yuca bites and a quesadilla wrap. They hand me the bag and do you see the size of these wraps.... McDonald's used to sell tiny size wraps like these for 2 dollars and here i am paying 16 dollars for my order. Three pieces of chicken and 5 pieces of romaine lettuce.... never again will i go to pollo tropical. This location in particular has always gotten orders wrong and the quality of how they do things is so sad and disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. I’d come more often if it wasn’t managed so poorly since day one. They are always out of something in our order, (chorizo and yellow rice today) I’ve left the drive through several times with missing food. Doesn’t matter if you order at the counter or online you aren’t getting your food remotely close to fast.

We have used this location a few times and for the most part have been happy with the service and the food quality, but last night things were not as good. The food seemed to be missing something, the taste wasn't right and the rice was quite soggy, the meat looked like it had been frozen and defrosted, definitely didn't appear fresh. Also the portions seemed smaller than usual, is this another case of keep the price the same but give you less? I can't blame the food quality on the time of day either as it wasn't ordered just before closing it was peak time 6pm Friday evening? I will give it one more try as we have been happy before and I hopefully quality should be back to where it was then I can put this down to Pollo "having a bad day"

So, this is the second time I order usingmy mobile app, and food is missing. First time fried yucca wasn't in my bag, today by pollo and pork duo tropchop.... no pollo.I have to check EVERYTHING before taking my to go order out?Why can't people just do their job right?

I’ve been coming here for a while now and the mangers there are respectfully nice except for this one manager named Eva or eve and she is very rude when taking my order and she is always rushing me and whenever I’m at the drive thru talking to the person at the window she come to the window and kind of rush me. And there was this one time where I though I forgot my card at the window( whole time it was in my bag but I didn’t know that) so I went back to make sure. So instead making sure I was good with everything, this lady slammed the window shut in my face. Out of the pollos’ that I’ve been too, this one is by far the worst one yet and I’m taking this to cooperate to file a complaint; i’d give this place a -3,000 if could. They need to shut this place down effective immediately.

Second time at this location. The employees are always very nice. Very nice attitude. But today, they just couldn't get the order right. Not only ours but also the car in front of us. The lady in front of us sent her food back twice. I could hear her complaining about her food.We asked for the chicken to be well done and it was far from that. Some of the chicken was not cooked all the way. You could see blood in the meat. Not good. We said no rice, and we got rice and beans. They also forgot the tostones and the fried yuca was thrown all over the bag inside. Maybe there was someone in training or something.I'm giving them a 4 because the young lady at the window was very sweet.I hope next time it will be better.Thank you very much for checking in.
