Stop eating at that OTHER chicken place and start going here. You can get a meal for under $7. Friendly staff, fast, efficient, and oh yeah epically tasty. I am going through the drive thru as I write this review! If you want that delicious fried chicken sandwich, you know the one. Get it from here instead!
First and Last Time. Horrible, People jump in line in front of you, and the cashiers don't do anything. At 2:45pm on a Saturday and there is no grilled chicken at a Chicken Restaurant. Bad attitude at the register. I will continue going to Pollo Tropical, they have better service and better prices.
The food has a good taste no doubt,But the wing that was on my order still had feathers on it.Very disappointed.
Phenomenal fried chicken, it really puts every other fast-food fry place to shame. The crew are also very kind and efficient. The campero beans and rice are my favorite sides, though there's plenty of things on the menu
Seasoning is good but the portion is little for the price. Their bowls they advertise is false. Their portion is the size of a small fruit salad from publix. Not worth $13. Should of went to the chipotle ? instead.
The food here is incredible! The grilled chicken, corn salad, and fries are absolutely delicious! My girlfriend knows people who drive from North Lauderdale to come here and say it's worth the drive. Their service is second to none, this is not your typical fast food joint they are very welcoming and when you eat in they provide plates and silverware, something pollo tropical or any other fast food joint would never do. Everytime I'm in Boynton I make it a point to come here and you should to ! I wish they would give up the secret to their grilled chicken seasoning but I suppose that's a trade secret??
I love pollo Campero but the last time I bought it was changed! The taste was like if they lost their secret recipe, it was Salty. The service isn't the same anymore. Will think twice before going back.
I’m giving 2 not because of the food but because of their system for delivery and to order before going to the restaurant, both via phone or the app. Two words, it sucked. The food was alright. Customer service was grate.
This is the second time I go to this place, and I went back because the quality of the food is great.. but today I was shocked that it was so dirty, there were fries and napkins everywhere on the floor and the tables were full of bags with garbage. We are still with the pandemic and it should be a “must” to have the place clean.. so we have to clean our own table since there was nobody cleaning anything.. the bathroom was also dirty and full of towel paper everywhere, and the garbage can outside the restaurant was full… I hope you guys make the correction of this, and do not let this place go down..
the food was good as usual, the costumer service was normal average but the place was dirty… full of trash bags on top of every single table, we cleaned our table with wet napkins, the floor was greasy, trash cans in the outside were full and had trash bags on the floor next to it. I’m a regular costumer who drives 45 minutes to make it to Boynton and more than a complaint, I want to suggest to keep the level of cleanliness specially during Covid period… higiene is fundamental. please clean the place ??
