Not sure how to feel.. Pizza was good tho & delivery was extremely fast.. so fast they may have forgotten something.. ;)Customer service was good too
Ordered a pizza and received the wrong order. I was ok with the misunderstanding. It’s when I called back, and the manager Michelle spoke with me, he placed me on hold to check the accuracy of the order. He came back on the phone and advised they will give me a credit, and up the phone in my face. Not customer friendly at all!! I called back to make sure the hang up was not a mistake- it was not. I told him I’ll reach out to corporate and he said they ate franchisee owners.
Pizza was very late after driver got into our community, realized she didn't have the whole order so turned around to get it without dropping any food off. Garlic rolls box leaked on other pizza boxes and food wasn't hot when it finally arrived. Never again.
Brand new Papa John's store, great location, great people, great delivery
two times now in a row... 2 hour delivery times...and no one answers the phones. this store is the absolute worst. I can't even get someone on the phone to cancel my order.

Not sure what other people are seeing. Maybe they were having a bad day. Happy to have them in the neighborhood. We love the exceptional service and the first name basis we have with management and staff. We are once a weekers and really enjoy their pizza and friendly staff. They are always eager to please and always go above and beyond to get ur pizza right. Order with confidence and enjoy their high quality product.
Horrible customer service the assistant manager was very rude and disrespectful I love papa johns pizza but the service was horrible on multiple occasions
The worst staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. Unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Please hire qualifying individuals who have people skills. My 7 year old could do a better job than these folks. Corporate, I will be in touch.
