Not sure what happened to this location. I hadn't been there in a while and was disappointed when I did just now. I came in 45 minutes before they closed and half their food was taken off the line, they weren't willing to make any more. Poor customer service. And I guess they don't give out 1 free fortune cookie with meals any more? Would not advise going to this location.
Never ate here & was driving by & decided to stop in, worst decision.after the lady made my food & I was by the spring rolls about to pay, I notice the spring rolls had a tong that had a long piece of red/brown/black hair all wrap on the tong inside of the bowl that had the spring rolls.I told the girl that was going to ring me up that theirs hair in it & she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about, another girl was sweeping & said “yes theirs hair in the spring rolls & tongs”so the girl that was going to ring me up took the hair out sneakily, I asked her if she is going to throw the spring rolls out & replaced the tongs & she lied & said their was nothing in the tongs because she didn’t want the other customers to hear/see it & then asked me if I wanted spring rolls???they gave the lady behind me the spring rolls that was mix in with the tongs that had hair, they didn’t throw the spring rolls away or replace the tong.the lady that prepared my food tried to tell me not to say their was hair in the tongs or food, which I thought was crazy of her to say. When I tried to say the reason I didn’t want my food anymore she tried to brush the topic off so the other customers couldn’t hear which I’ve never experienced in a restaurant. If a customers saw hair in the food etc, what I’m use to employees or managers doing is replacing the food & utensils but they tried to sweep the issue under the rug.I didn’t make a big deal of it or tried to tell other customers since it seems like their was no point the lady behind me that got the spring rolls heard me mentioning the hair & still ordered it & those 2 employees were acting as if their was nothing wrong.I wish I took a picture but I didn’t think I would’ve wrote a review because I assume this establishment was professional & was going to do the proper thing & I was disgusted.I told her I’m not eating here anymore, I ended up not getting my food at all because that incident & the way they handled it just prove this place is dirty. Also they wear only a hat no hairnet & the girl that took the hair out also didn’t have good customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would.
We love it here…..most of the time…..But I never suggest going after 830p because they close at 930p and usually won’t make anything new unless more then 2 people want it, and they start cleaning up around then too.Their orange chicken is to die for and we just love their veggie spring rolls, mixed steamed veggies and Lo Main! The portions are still very large for the price you pay and that’s what makes it all worth it. Prices have raised but you get enough food to make up for that fact. For 7 people our bill was 49.00 for take out and there was left overs. So not bad. They have healthy options and bowls too.Makes this a great fast food/take out spot for anyone!
A chain restaurant serving up Chinese/Asian varieties in a cafeteria style. Food and service tend to be inconsistent at this location. There were times when they were really good, but there was also time when food was just ordinary. I had also witnessed a staff member violently arguing with a non happy customer one night. On this visit, I ordered a Plate to go, which includes a side with 2 entrees. Chicken Kung Pao and Shrimp Wok were really good. For side it was half and half of Fried Rice and Lo Mein. However, there was no drink available to purchase. The soda fountain machine and sweet tea station were all out of order. The only thing available was botled water. This was totally unacceptable...Based on this visit alone, one might not come back. Unfortunately, I have been visiting this restaurant for some time now, and will probably return in the future.
I've ordered take out at least 5x for my wife and I, the orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, and honey walnut shrimp are easily the best dishes imo. I've ordered from here exclusively and have had great service and quality everytime. Will continue to be a regular customer.
Typical panda express. The food was what you expect. The service was good and quick. Place was clean and well kep
While standing in line for a place where the workers have attitude problems from the minute you reach the front of the line, I glanced over at the area where the cooks place the food once finished cooking and all I saw were roaches. I promptly took a video and left.
Currently been in line for 15 minutes and still 4 people ahead of me. There were 6 when I arrived. They are always low on food so everyone waits forever to get their order. Please train the staff on how to be prepared for busy times such as DINNER TIME 8pm! They are also emotionless working. They do not smile or say hello, just stare at you and act disinterested in their job or the customers. I feel like cattle in line at the slaughterhouse…. I love pandas food but either management does not care about efficiency and customer experience or are incompetent to instill any customer service values in their employees.
Horrible experience. They had no food!!! Why were you letting people in when you have no food?! Then the girl working there couldn’t even speak. She would look at you with a blank stare, point at something and grunt! Haven’t been to panda in years and now I remember why.
very disappointed. most of the food did not look fresh. my side order of vegetables was scooped out without draining off any of the liquid which resulted in my main 2 entrees to be extremely soggy
