The food was great and the waiter was polite, what I didn’t like was the poor or lack of training he had. Management could do a better job at training their staff at giving good service, not just being polite.(1) Keep an eye on the customer’s drinks, be ready to ask if they want a refill.(2) Keep table neat, take empty cups, plates etc.(3) Stay alert! Waiters and waitresses, you guys make money off tips, good service equals good tips.

Ordered take out. Their app would not accept my debit card so we had to come in and order and pay with the same card it wouldn't accept online. Then we sat at the bar and ordered a drink and I noticed there was something in the bourbon I ordered. I asked to see the bottle and it had atleast 15 dead bugs in it. Took the bottle but did not check any other bottles on the shelf. The bad part is that if we sat at a table and ordered the same drink I would have drank it without knowing there were bugs in it. Not checking the bottles, how many people has that happened to. Also makes you think about how clean is the kitchen. Won't be back to this location.

Waiters are very nice and make up for slow and inconvenience of husband not receiving drink from bar for a little bit. Was never told anything like they are backed up or anything. I recieved mine and my husband still had not. Food was good and waiter was attentive so that made up for the bar drinks being so slow.

Very good food. Great service. Waiter was nice and did a good job. Manager, Brennan, came out and checked on our table. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable. We would go again.

I went to Olive Garden just before closing. Staff was on a roll. One staff was sprawl in the waiting area with no shoes on. Legs posed on the seat on his phone. Food is always good. Customer always great here. My go to place

The hostess was inattentive when seating us. She seemed put off when seating my family of six; As she was exasperated with our initial approach.Also, when asking her for the restroom, she was on the phone with a heated personal conversation.[female, Black, 5"4, early 30's]In addition, the men's restroom was overwhelming as it had four kinds of scent boosters. Two in urinal, one in the toilet, and aerosol spray on the sink. Perhaps a bit overkill?Nevertheless, the food service was as expected from an Olive Garden. We were served at appropriate times and received our food with no complaints.I hope my personal experience was helpful. Thanks, Kenneth

Tyler was an excellent host. He catered to our diet restrictions. Fast service, food and drinks are really good. The price was great!Tyler was cordial, polite and friendly: this made our experience much more enjoyable!

Well depends who your server is. Once I had a guy that was amazing there. Ever since it’s been terrible. My wife and I both ordered breadsticks unlimited abs we got 7 the whole dinner and that’s after asking repeatedly. Sauces unlimited and they would bring out small portions and take forever so I didn’t get the amount I wanted. They forgot her wine. It was bad.

I just tried to dine here at noon with my family. We are only 3 people and not difficult to seat. It was not busy and the host was nasty and was on her phone and she made sure to seat someone instead of us. I work in the service industry and I would never treat people the way she treated us. It wasn’t a rush and there was plenty of staff that saw us and so there was not even an excuse. When my sister went up to her to say we had to leave for a drs appointment and couldn’t wait the host made sure to repeat herself in an even louder voice “I told you thirty minutes”. I’m definitely not coming back to this Olive Garden and wouldn’t recommend anyone else going there. Thanks!

Horrible customer service when we arrived nobody was up front. There hostess was too busy talking to other workers. When she finally did acknowledge that there were people waiting, she proceeded to tell me there were no booths available. Then when I asked if we could wait for one. She replied, “no since the people have been there for 30 minutes & she wasn’t sure how much longer it would be”. This made no sense seeing that we have been to this restaurant many times before & we were never told that they have no idea how long the wait would be. We would always be given as estimated time to wait. They really need to take a look at how the customers are being treated! Really unfortunate......I am very displeased at what happened!!
