Food was good. Staff members need to a bit nicer when asked a question. Booths not so comfortable. Tables wobbly
Have gone there twice in the last month around 8:40pm door is locked and lights off and they will not let you order food. door and web site says 9pm if you could update your hours that would be great. I have been ordering to-gos and they do have it ready but was given grief when I ask why they where closing so early when the door says 9pm
Incredibly poor experience as a long time customer. Came to eat at 11:42 AM on Sunday 5/15. See attached receipt.Extremely rude employee (manager with curly hair) I don’t recall name (Fantasia I believe) who talked to customers in an unwelcoming tone. Extremely passive aggressive with snarky comments.Barely filled up the bowl and charged be extra for beans and rice for a bowl less than half full. Mentioned a scope of rice would come out of her paycheck, which is a ridiculous statement. Didn’t even know how much extra rice and beans cost. Didn’t tell me anything out be extra till AFTER it was already on my bowl.This will be the last time I eat at Moes and I will be permanently taking my business to chipotle and also ensuring others do not eat at Moes or this location going forward. A bad experience can cost a business 10 customers but in this case it may cost this business 100’s. I’m done with Moes.
Stay away from this restaurant. It took my son to the hospital after eating a quesadilla with queso and chips. He got a stomach infection that we are still battling with weeks after. This place is filthy and I regret going here. Never again. This place should be shut down.
Everyone who works there is always so rude. This is not the first bad experience we’ve had at this location. We just keep hoping it’ll get better but sadly it doesn’t. My husband and I went in at 7:25pm and they're supposed to be open until 9. We'll we went to sit down while we were waiting for our food and they were putting chairs up on the tables all around us. Then told us "we're closed because we're closing at 8 and short staffed." Then our food was packed in to-go containers and they told us we had to find another place to eat it. How rude. If they had to close early, we should've been told when we walked in. Also, we got our food at 7:37, if they were closing at 8, they could've let us eat there before their "unofficial" close time.

I walk in about 40 minutes before closing. The young lady was annoyed that I even walked in. As I recited the first burrito of my order, she was throwing ingredients down and her face looked like an angry bulldog. When she finished the first burrito, I start telling her about what I’d like the second burrito to be. She says, “Ma’am, you shoulda told me you wanted two. I coulda done em both at the same time.” What? She makes the second one and walks to the register. I go to the register and tell her I need a third item. She huffs and puffs and then asks, “Ma’am, are you sure you don’t want nothin else so I don’t have to walk up there again?” Really? It’s like 10 ft. Wow. So I said, “No, I won’t make you walk all the way over here again.” She brings the 3rd item and slaps it on the counter and walks away. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The people that worked there were very personable I had the steak tips they were very tasty and the portions were nice big
Good food as always. Guys did a good job. Was going to say floor was dirty, but the guy came by to clean.
The new crew in this place does not know how to cook. The kitchen is visibly filthy. The guacamole was oxidized, the lettuce was brown, ingredients were missing because they weren’t prepped ahead of time (mise en place!), the flat top looked like it had never been clean, and the salsa bar was devoid of…salsa. Serious cross-contamination everywhere I looked. You eat at this location and you’re risking food poisoning, just from what I can SEE. No telling what goes on behind the scenes. For the first time in my life I seriously considered not tipping, but this is a managerial problem, not their fault.
