Very nice and new design, be ready to order at kiosk. They could the kiosk menu a little simpler though lots of steps to go through. Nice they have rewards like most do now just be sure to remember you login or use app for qr code scan. Kept up well with the cleaning of the tables.
First of all everything has gotten super expensive so have some consideration and do it right. I just got done ordering a Big Mac (I always come here) but today I couldn't even finish it. The bread was hard and stale, the meat had a weird after taste and the lettuce was soggy dark green like come on this was totally messed up.
I order cold coffee, and a manager on duty took my order without asking me the size of the coffee, so she charged me for a large size. When I told her that I want small size she got mad and nasty . May 12. 1 pm.
I stopped here on the way home from work and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind and helpful. My chicken nuggets were perfect and what a great experience.
The staff at night is extremely rude and condescending. I understand not many people working at night but we had to wait 15 minutes to receive cold unsalted fries that had very obviously been put in the fryer multiple times- they were rock hard and dark brown. As well as just thrown in the bag completelyupside down. Overall it wouldn’t have been big deal at all yes the employer working I would not have been extremely rude..
Last time I went through the drive through they shorted me $15 worth of food and previous visits my order was always messed up too. I said I'd never go back again but it's now 6 months later and I gave them another chance. This time I was shorted the two large fries I ordered. I order for my family so it's a lot food so it's hard to dig through everything in the car. I'm not driving all the way back for 6 bucks only to argue with garbage staff and management. Without a doubt this is the very worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life! Absolutely horrible!!
Stopped by for the chicken deluxe...it was so good. Clean cozy, covid-19 prepared restaurant.
No self-service drink station, friendly staff, music a little loud, one outlet open to charge your phone, constant beeping from the kitchen. Self order kiosks and display of which orders are being served make ordering easy. Decorating seems rather "warehouse chic."
This location has employees that are rude and don’t pay attention. I went through the drive thru and ordered McChicken’s PLAIN. I get my order and they aren’t plain of course so I go inside and let them know. They said “the ticket doesn’t say plain I’m going to have to throw these out and charge you for new ones” I said I ordered plain and they said “no you didn’t because that’s not what the ticket says” I said maybe it’s your employee not taking the orders correctly. Please give me the food I paid for back and I’ll leave.”
I went to this McDonald's which they were understaffed and rude as usual. The girl only says "give me a minute", which is very unprofessional and not company policy to address customersthis way. After waiting so long and receiving no response after saying hello a second time I drove up to the window to finally place my order...I asked for the supervisor for the employees name but she refused. She was frustrated because she didn't have enough help and didn't want to lose her. I gave her my complaint on the employee who was very unprofessional, rude and has an attitude all the time. She told me there was NOTHING she could do abouther becauseshe didn'thire her!!! The supervisor then assaulted my friend and they had to get STITCHES....LIKE SERIOUSLY! How are you a supervisor but you can't control your ANGRY and aggressive temper! This has to be by far my worst experience with McDonald's in my entire life, which is sad because I like the fact it's a new location but I will pay extra for Chick-fil-A and there AMAZING customer service over this unjust treatment. It's not worth being annoyed, frustrated, mistreated and then receiving bad food! I'm literally sitting in the hospital with my friend writing this hoping someone contacts me or something is done about this outrageous and obscure behavior. They should be CANCELED! I have been told by police to file a formal complaint against her. This is ridiculous and I have to be to work in the morning tired as hell due to this lady. CANCEL....CANCEL...CANCEL!
