Absolutely the worst experience. The cashier did not know what he was doing and got our whole order wrong. The manager was rude and nasty. We will never go to this facility again. We may never go to McDonald’s again!!
Worst, slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They should knock down the whole building. I live 1 minute from this McDonald’s and go out of my way to go to a different McDonald’s if I want McDonald’s, that’s how bad they are, I literally inconvenience myself to not have to deal with them.
NO STARS! This needs to be an option for places like this McDonald's off of Boynton & Jog. I waited 35 minutes for a curbside order. This was the 2nd time this happened to me . First time 7 months ago the wait was 50 minutes but I decided to cut them some slack due to covid & 2 football teams that came in after their game. But not this time... There was 5 customers literally standing around waiting to be addressed by an employee. Not a single employee acknowledged or apologized to any of us. They look at us like we are bothering them. The managers were moving unbelievably slow as if they were trying to ve even more inefficient ON PURPOSE. DO NOT GO to this McDonald's. The manager on duty just looked at me and handed off the food like I was only there for 10 minutes. Didn't say a word...I am an understanding person. I would have been ok if someone anyone of them acknowledged me. But because they didn't, and IGNORED the others who used the app, they all deserve to be let go of their positions. And they are asking for $15.00 an hour to start with? No one should be hiring anyone from this staff even at minimum wage. Awful simply the worst experience again...NEVER AGAIN.
Yesterday morning I ordered a pancake breakfast here it had a worm or some sort of bug then the next day (today) my friend bought me lunch from here and boom another bug I will be calling corporate bright and early Monday morning I called the manager she trying to beat me mad If you don’t like your fast food job go get a better one
For breakfast - this McDonalds is pretty consistently good. For other meals? Caveat emptor, I'm not a huge fan of those, so it's hard to say, but ordering breakfast through the app and doing curbside pickup on a Sunday was a pleasant experience.
45 minutes in drive thru just for a drink absolutely horrible whoever is managing this place needs to be retrained and there was only 4 cars in line they need to close it down if this is the service they give
DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SERVE OLD STALE FOOD. IT WAS THE GROSSEST THING EVER. My burger bread was old hard and stale, fries were overly salted. To top it off I was rushed and twice before finishing my order. Walked in to return my food and the manager was standing with another lady returning her food while chitchatting to distract her from her droid taking so long. Lady before me told me she was waiting for 15 minutes prior to me. I waited 4 minutes and decided to walk out without food. Manager was so unprofessional talking about her sisters wedding and family topics. She wasn’t even wearing her shoes properly. She was wearing them half on her foot while stepping on the heels. I was so discussed I chose to leave.
Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went through drive-thru and was told to hold on a moment. Ten minutes later and they finally took my order, only for me to spend another 10 minutes in line waiting for the 2 cars in front of me to receive their orders. At the window, I’m told they don’t have my order in their system (even though they confirmed the order at the box). Then after reordering and paying they prepare the wrong thing and I have to even longer for them to make the right thing. A really poor customer experience.
8 months agoNot sure what's going on at this place. They won't take your order at the drive through intercom. They asked us to drive up to the last window to place the order. It took us a very long time to get to the window. When we want to order ice cream or a frappe, it’s always broken and the employees are very disrespectful when announcing it!
This specific location is horrible. I’ve tried several times and no change! I was in line 30 min! Yup- 30 minutes and it didn’t move- I had to ask people to move their cars back so I could back up and get out. To top- the employees are horrible too
