Save yourself the drive and go to the McDonald’s on Congress and Woolbright… or any other McDonald’s for that matter. I was the only person in the drive through and there were 4 people sitting around, talking, and completely ignoring me as if I was interrupting their break. I would understand the wait IF the food came out fresh and piping hot but no… nuggets were cold, hard and dry. The fries were soggy and cold - they couldn’t even bother to appropriately fill the fry container. To me it seemed like they had the leftovers from the lunch rush sitting within the general vicinity of a food warmer, waiting for the next customer. I will say the Diet Coke was halfway decent - thanks Coca-Cola ?
Went to drive through and the person taking my order was not paying attention to what I was ordering, try to go inside and they completely ignore me after 5 minutes standing there I decided to leave, it looks like their social lifestyle is more important than their jobs, is a shame that McDonald have change so much in customer service…

online says open until 4 am. went at 3am and they had cones blocking the drive through. spoke to manager and he stated they were closed and proceeded to yell at us for trying to order.
Terrible order taker. Guy doesn’t even know what he has on the menu. Very rude. I drove off. I guess paying people 15 dollars an hour doesn’t make for a better employee.
There was no soap in the men's restroom. I addressed this issue with front counter staff, one employee and one manager in a red shirt. They have a dedicated janitor. Still no soap by the time I left. Very unsanitary. Staff and customers use that bathroom and touch everything in the store. Gross. I would never come back here and you shouldn't either if you don't want to get sick. Just imagine, the male staff hands you your food with the hand he wiped his behind on just minutes earlier. I can't even.
Worst fast food restaurant, people very rude.They mistake orders every single day.Prepare to wait in drive-through for half an hour before they take care of you.They don’t give explanations, you just need to wait for them or leave that was the answer I got on the speaker. I wound recommend this place to anyone.??

This McDonald's never uses the pa system to take orders. The drive thru line is always backed up and they make you order at the 2nd window. I have driven away after waiting for 20mins.
I waited in line for 25 minutes for 3 items. When i got to the window, the worker tried telling me they didn’t sell spicy mcchickens when i was rang up for them and the manager was telling her they had them. then she proceeded to try to ask for payment again after she had just taken my payment. 0/10 customer service. 0/10 professionalism in the staff. train your employees better.
