Sanitation is a big issue for me the food is great but as I am standing there waiting for my food the gentleman just finished taking the cash from me and go straight to the kitchen picking up the chicken wings with his bare hands put it on the oven. The other guy was just on his phone then handling the Pizza dough I am ok if you can’t wear gloves to do that but be aware of the customer watching what you were doing prior to that. All the guys in there was working a long beard like I’m at a ZZ Top concert. Not say I’m NOT ordering there no more but I can’t see it with my eyes the bad behavior while handling my food. Thank God the guy that made my pizza went straight to the bathroom after was still in there by the time pizza was done I would do a backflip if he was the one touching my food again
The pizza was okay but definitely could use some more sauce
Will not do business there any longer, complained about sandwich having only meat and was called a liar saying there was dressing and tomatoes on sandwich when it left store. They must have fallen out on my way home?
Did not like these pizza was too doughy and not cooked enough.
My family placed an order with them at 5:44. At 6:48, I did not get my order. Had to call them and found out that they processed my card incorrectly! No one had the nerve to call back and ask for the correct info. To make matters worse, their way of fixing the situation was to put my order at the very end of their line! Absolutely horrible customer service!

I should’ve just heated up some frozen pizzas at this point cause that was honestly the worst thing I’ve eaten in a very long time….. thanks but no thanks
I order pizza from many places, papa johns, dominoes, etc…However, I have not ever received the treatment and customer service like I received today. Tom Eck and the team took my order and upsold me appropriately on how much pizza and wings it would take to feed a party of 10. The pizza was hot and tasty the wings weren’t small, I look forward to the next time I order from here again
Worst service ever I ask for delivery, and payed good money for just some pizza, and they turned around and cancelled my order I’ll never buy from marcos again I have kids and feel so disrespected
