Good food, kind of chaotic but it might have just been the section and time I went. The waiter did his best with the amount of people sitting in his area. Friendly staff, and well seasoned food.
We sat at the bar. The bartender did sanitize the seat from the previous customers before we sat down. Took a few before we were acknowledged. We ordered our drinks, the bartender gave us menus. We waited to order and after about 10 minutes we were asked if we were ready to order. We ordered the food came out rather quickly, my steak was a little over cooked. I asked for medium rare and rec'd medium to well. I ate it anyway because we had to be somewhere. It was a busy place and for the most part they handled the bar well. The restroom wasn't the cleanest. I know that most restaurants are short staffed and doing the best that they can.
This was our first trip to Longhorn in Boynton Beach. My brother and sister were in town. We all had a great experience tonight. Our waitress, Carla, was a dream. She is professional, courteous, really, knowledgeable, and just a great waitress. Our food was all awesome. My brother and I both got the 8 oz sirloin and it was all perfectly medium as we requested. Our sides were great. I like the sweet potato. We had zero complaints and we had a lovely time. We will definitely return. The restaurant is clean and spacious and new looking. Parking is ample and wait time was minimal. I think this is my favorite place to eat in Southeast Boynton Beach.
When this chain opened, it was enjoyable. Went the other night and what a shame. Not sure if it's understaffed, or just lack of caring. Our waitress was very blunt. Not happy to be there. If we were a party of more than 2, we would have been treated better as we observed around us. Menu changed drastically now. Not like it used to be. We were hoping for a nice meal. It was not as good as it could have been. Overall I'd go again but not as carefree as last time. Dirty conditions and attitudes. Sad.
Very nice restaurant. Very nice mixed crowd. The place was packed but we didn't have to wait long to get a table for two. Our waitress, Nancy was very nice. Very attentive and professional. We had to wait about 45 minutes for our food. But again the place was filled to capacity, so we didn't mind the wait. Nancy checked on us many times and was giving us updates about our food. The food was hot and very delicious. It was cooked as we ordered. Even the broccoli was full of flavor. The bathrooms needed a little TLC but it wasn't horrible. In all we had a great time here. Will definitely come back again.
Steaks were spiced way too much, tasted like eating spices with steak ha ha. Usually Longhorn is fine, i guess the chef had a fight with the spices. First steak arrived well done instead of medium-well, our waiter was kind enough to replace it, second time it arrived medium-well but was unedible due to too much spices. I also ordered a 22oz Tbone which was great.Overall it was a nice experience but i wouldnt go back there. Our waiter was very kind, he offered us not to pay for the first dish and a free dessert.
As a local Boynton resident of over fifteen years, it has been my pleasure going on all the steak dinner date nights I've been on at this location. Their cooks do an excellent job preparing those steaks! I have maybe only sent a steak back once ever in fifteen years here. That's not bad, if you ask me. Cheers to this restaurant!
Great steaks.
Very nice restaurant, the waiter Andrew was awesome, very polite and respectful. Got what we wanted, always came and checked on us.?
Ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. It wasn’t hot so I returned it. They served a new one which was charred and burnt on the outside and rare on the inside. I had ordered medium. It was so fatty and greasy. The bone was only about an inch or two long and I don’t believe it was a 20 ounce steak. I was so disappointed.
