Old chicken served. The spicy chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday then refried.

I ate there today in the dining room and 3 weeks ago. I ordered the traditional chicken sandwich combo with coleslaw both times. The freshest and best chicken sandwich ever. Beats Chick Fil A, Popeyes hands down.
“My pleasure” The signature kfc words. I laugh cause I wonder if it was their pleasure when they gave me the wrong sandwich. I would say this Resturant is on point 90 percent of the time. Just check your bag before you pull out.
They were very nice. Trying to be as efficient as they could be while also being pretty patient.
Chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. Fresh were outstanding.

Idk how or why. But I ordered a number 7 and just didn't want the fries. Asked if I could switch out or pay more for coleslaw. Paid for mashed potatoes. That way I'd get the box with Macaroni, coleslaw, sandwich, and mashed potatoes.I paid $13 and received 3 containers of coleslaw.??♀️ Fine I guess but I did want the macaroni. They didn't give me a receipt so idk if I was charged for 3 individual coleslaws.
One of the nicest KFC. Friendly staff and very clean.
