Our family loves getting donuts from Jupiter Donuts! There’s always so many specialty donuts to choose from. They have great breakfast sandwiches. I recommend the hunger man! I wish they kept the grill on later but I guess it only gets us out of bed and out of the house earlier! Always yummy!
Jupiter Donuts is a great spot for breakfast and donuts. The service is usually as good as the food, but not today.I walked into the store and the line was 3 deep. To make matters worse, the guy behind the counter wasn't in a particular rush when it came to client service. After standing in the same spot for 5 minutes, I asked if there was more counter help available. What I heard from him was that there were 2 employees working the line, which by the way was now 7 deep. But his colleague at the counter was busy filling shelves with donuts.I asked the lone attendant what was more important, helping waiting clients or filling shelves with donuts that were already full? Of course, the answer should be helping waiting clients, but this point was lost on the counter attendant. At the end of the day this issue is common in many places like Jupiter Donuts.By the time I got to the front of the line, paid for 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and 2 donuts, the bill was $22. The food at Jupiter Donuts is always great, but until they begin to put some management process in place to efficiently handle customers, I will think twice about going back.
Amazing doughnuts. Get there EARLY. Many of the favorites are all sold out by 8. Great crew. Fast service. All with a smile. Buy doughnuts for my crew all the time.
First and foremost, I would like to recognize Denise and Irene for doing such a magnificent job on a last minute project we had for our facility. We asked for donuts with purple icing and they went above and beyond (starting @1AM) to make these wonderful treats. Our staff loved the donuts and their faces lit up at the designs. I need to know if I should use a box or bag. I don’t want to use multiple bags. I can get six in a bag.Me: ok, I’ll keep it under six for you.Cashier: I may have to charge you more per donut if you don’t get six.Me: I think I can handle it.Cashier: (walking away to get a water bottle) if you don’t know what you want, I can come back later.Me: we’ll, I would like a chocolate old fashionCashier: you tell me what you want while I’m walking to get a drink?Me: actually, I think I’ll pass.*******I would have sent a private note to management about this (I know everyone has bad days) but I couldn’t find an email address.The cashier was kind to the previous patron, complimenting one of her accessories. I’m not sure why I was treated differently.I am a person of color and it’s sometimes hard not to assume that is the cause for being treated differently. If there was something I did that prompted the cashier to treat me this way, I would love to know- if only for my sanity.This happened around 9am on March 4. The cashier appeared Caucasian, middle aged, with an average build.
Best cinnamon roll ever! Some of my neighbors have raved about Jupiter Donuts being the best. I did not make any comments because I have had some really great yeast donuts in my life.I got off work early on Monday. I was driving by and saw it was still open, 10am. Stopped. Ordered one cinnamon roll and three donuts.Walked out. Ate a donut and it made my mouth tingle. It was so hearty and melt in my mouth magic.The one I went to is in Boynton Beach. Worth every penny. It only takes one to satisfy both mouth and tummy.I promise, you will not be disappointed no matter what you order.
Was looking for a place to have good coffee and study. Found the first (and a good donut), yet customer service is not something they can brag about. First, the wifi password I was given did not work (in multiple devices). Had to use my phone's bluetooth. Then, no milk available... Finally, after about an hour... I was told that they were about to close (at 12pm, when the sign says 1pm). You might guess: "they needed to free up the table for another customer". Unlikely: the place was empty. I stayed in the car and continued to study for an extra 45 min, while the shop remained open to the public. Go if you have a first-name basis relationship with the staff; otherwise beware of the hostile environment. Customer service: 0/10.
The best donuts, Period. The dough is different than a normal donut. Growing up eating mister donut or dunkin donuts when they made their own donuts fresh daily... Does not compare or stand up to Jupiiter Donuts. I go to the Boynton beach location and had a chance to meet Denise, whom took care of my donut orderr was very friendly and I had a nice interaction. Formally trained as a chef with also pastry and baking experience and 25 years in the hotel industry I can atest my review has some weight to it! Thank You Denise and staff at Boynton Beach..the best. FYI. It is the only donuts I will or can eat!
Hands down, some of the best donuts I have had. I recommend the blueberry, but you cannot go wrong here
I stumbled across this AMAZING donut shop in Boyton Beach Monday to surprise my coworkers with a tasty treat and this place is like no other!!!! I was greeted with a friendly smile by a lovely woman Denise who helped me pick a variety of these delightful donuts. I was a little overwhelmed but the wide array of freshly baked and decorated donuts but, Denise did not steer me wrong! Let me say, each one of these donuts were demolished in minutes!!! I also grabbed a quick latte for my drive and Denise must do something special because I have never tasted a latte like this in my life. This place puts all chain places to shame!! Go in grab a delicious donut and latte and I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
