My kids love this place. We always order the quart sizes to get more for our money. They sell a gallon size of the Italian ice but I wish they would sell the gallon size of everything. Usually the staff is nice but had one experience where I was waiting at the window to order and the staff saw me but they never came to take my order and they didn't motion me to come inside or have a closed sign. Just annoyed they didn't have the decency to let me know they were only taking orders inside. Other than that we love this place. Also you should download the app because you get free ice cream!
SSSSLLLLOOOOOOOWWWWW. Please, please, PLEASE consider making a special line for JUST samples instead of holding up the regular line. It's ridiculous you make people wait in line for 30 minutes while a family of five stands there holding up the line while they each ask for three different samples. Or, here's a better idea- While the guest is sampling, simply take the next person's order instead of the employee just standing there watching them slowly taste their samples. This place could be so much more enjoyable than it is.

Love this location...great variety and the quality is outstanding!! The girl with pink hair was our server the other evening and was just so sweet, outgoing, and very patient w/ us as we get quite a few options. She somehow makes our yummy treat look like a work of art!! We recommend Jeremiah's to ALL our F&F!! These young women and men work REALLY HARD...SO MAKE SURE YOU TIP THEM!!! They definitely deserve it!!!
Always attentive and friendly service. Never see boys working there which I find odd. Tasty ice mixed with soft serve (gelati) is our favorite. Got the app to collect reward points.
I waited for 20 min in a line with only one person in front of me outside and a guest walked inside and they took her order while we waited outside. I left and never ordered. I won’t be going back. Customer service is terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in making money.
My sister, nephew, and I had our first experience at Jeremiah’s today. The customer service was welcoming, as staff Christopher Hernandez, explained all the options of flavors and layering of gelati and Italian ice we could try. We were given patience when asking for samples. Christopher along with the other staff there went above and beyond to make us have the best experience. We are now going to be long term customers!
What a great place with so many options! It was our 1st time, so I asked the girls behind the counter to be patient. LOL They were so sweet. You can sample all the different flavors. Loved it and will definitely be going back.
I've had my eye on this place for a solid month. I don't know why it took me so long to visit, but I'm glad I did. They got flavor options on top of flavor options. Their soft-serve ice cream is hellaaaa creamy and smooth, and the water ice is absolutely fire. They got a dope rewards app too, so don't forget to get all over that. I'm a huge fan. Definitely will be back.
