Smiling staff greeted us as we arrived. Service was timely. I had French toast. It was very good. My guest had the full breakfast. She enjoyed every bite. The whole visit was pleasant.
Walked in and wasn’t greeted for 10 mins. Then was told it was going to be a 40 min wait only one cook and server. So we went to find something for our children to eat somewhere else. And they really wanted the minion breakfast. Next time we will only eat here when the young lady is the server.
The waitress was very friendly and took care of my wife and I order. That’s where it stopped being a good place to eat. The booth we were in was covered in ants, living and dead. It took over 5 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee and creamer, another 5 before the waitress returned to take our order, and another 15 for eggs and pancakes. I did order chicken and waffles, however the family next to use that ordered that same dish after us received their food first, so it is a bit questionable how they input the orders today. When our food arrived, I had to swap out the bottle of syrup bc ants were inside that dispenser. After I paid for the meal, I asked for the manager and explained the situation and he seemed not to care. Honestly for the amount of food and the $40 we paid, I would rather go to dennys, kekes, Cracker Barrel, Boynton diner, etc. those places at least aren’t covered in bugs.
The location was pretty empty when we got there and a few to go orders however the pancakes were not good for anyone to eat. Somehow over cooked on the outside and raw in the middle. We got sick shortly after leaving. The waiter was getting mad but we didn't want to eat and pay for bad food. Apparently he was the only IHOP open 24 hours. LAKE WORTH FL had no cooks for a Thursday night and that is a joke not funny ? pathetic more like.
Habitually understaffed.Food takes forever and when served, is cold or undercooked.Tables constantly in dissary and not pre-bussed or cleaned regularly.Takes forever to be attended to, not even water or coffee provided and no silverware.Pass. Find yourself an Original Pancake House or Firstwatch instead.
We enjoyed a delicious brunch and our server Lindsay was bursting with personality. The protein pancakes were so good...I customized with freah bananas and blueberries. Only issue was we had to wait about a half hour to be seated because they are understaffed but worth the wait.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They said I had to wait 10/15 mins and ended up waiting 45mins and the only reason why I did wait was because my kids didn’t want me to leave because they were hungry. Anddddd my sister found a nasty curly hair in her food!!! And we ALLLLL have straight hair!!!! It was GROSSSSS!!!!! AND THENNNNNNN my other little sister waited like 40mins for her food!!!! We ALLLLL literally had to give her some of our food cause she was just sitting there watching us eat!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Disappointed love the pancakes and omelette but food was dried and cold. Ask for pancakes to be bought after eggs so they would be hot and I think they just sat there tilI ask for them.
My first negative review, here goes…The service here is really a mess. Two stars instead of one because they weren’t necessarily impolite, just really disorganized. They had me wait 20 minutes for a pickup order that was sitting on the counter the entire time (!), despite me showing them the order details and checking in multiple times. Maybe if they had apologized or even acknowledged the mistake it wouldn’t have been such a negative experience. They need to staff better or shut this place down, based on other reviews
Who doesn't love pancakes? IHOP is the place I always went for breakfast on the weekends. I live the blueberry pancakes best.
