Very poor customer service skills. After I placed my huge order. I asked to use the bathroom and the front help liedand said it wasn't working. LIES!!I witnessed 2 people return with their food within 15 minutes. *IMy granddaughter ordered orange chicken and it took over 20minutes
The wonton soup had so much MSG you could taste it. The General Tso's chicken was so chewy that I doubt that it was chicken. The fried rice had peas and was made with yellow rice, not colored with soy sauce. This place is seriously lousy.
Our regular place closed after over 20 years. We needed a NEW Chinese Rest. Our search started with the Shrimp Egg Roll. One place we went was a tad expensive from WPB. Not worth the money. Another we tried had great egg roll but the food seemed to have been cooked, then cooked some more then cooked again. Yuk. Finally. After a stop at Publix. We went here, Golden Pheonix. We now have our NEW GO TO for Chinese Food. 4.88 starts
I ordered the boneless spare rib combo and the meat is so hard my forkable even go through it can't chew it I called and asked if they can send me something else and I would give him the food back so they can see the owner said no but I would have to bring it back I will never order from you people ever again they lost my business
Love the sweet n sour chicken. They make the rice just the way I ordered it. No peas or carrots and extra onion and the egg drop soup delicious. Best Chinese food I have found in south Florida. You have to try it!
I never had a bad experience with this restaurant and I have been eating here since they have opened. If anything is wrong or not properly served, I simply bring it back to the store and ask the owner or manager in charge to simply remake it (in a calmly nice manner) and the job is done without any problems. This is the best Chinese food restaurant in the area hands down
Placed my order via phone, was told will be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later, multiple people in the shop (about 10) waiting for their food. Called to find out if food was ready. Was told “not yet not yet” then got hung up on. Waited 15 more minute to call to find out if the food was ready, to avoid going into the shop and waiting with the 10 other people however just got hung up on again! :( sad customer
I went in and ordered house special lo meim comb . I asked for a house mustard and duck sauce . The older lady wanted to charge me extra . I have never paid extra for this at any chinese restaurant . She gave a the mustard which sucked and was going to charge me for the duck sauce i did not take it . As i left I noticed they forgot the soup . I had to go back .Instead of apologizing she got me the soup as it seemed to be a burden for her . Did not smile . She should learn customer service . If you want good chinese try Fu wing or even Fon shon
Best chicken wings in town & the food is always delicious & fresh they went up in price tho but I’ve been going there for years because taste & freshness is important to me
The best thing about this place the is rice. My egg roll had no flavor even with duck sauce on it. My general was not a general whatsoever, more like a private........ so never again!
