Tammy was a very nice waitress and the food was good.
I took my daughter there for dinner last night and drove an hour to get there. She ordered a tuna melt with lettuce and tomato. The waiter told us we could not get lettuce and tomato. I said we would pay and again repeated we could not get it. I asked for the manager . Supposedly a man who was manager came out from the kitchen not sure but think his name was Christopher. He told us we could not get lettuce and tomato even if I paid for it. Not sure what this is all about but the story is 100% true. I said then keep your sandwich and we got up to leave and which point he told us to go F—— ourselves. I was shocked appalled and upset. I will never ever return to this store. Worst customer service ever and an abusive managerPlease go somewhere elseRead the reviews this has happened before there.
Not busy when I came for breakfast. Covid protocols in effect. Tables spread out. Staff wearing masks. Many omelet choices. I went with the Western Omelet. I got potatoes with it. The food was average, nothing to rave about but it was filling. Service could have been friendlier. Prices reasonable.
I want to like Flakowitz because the menu options sound good but after two visits the only thing that is good is the complimentary marble cake which is outstanding. On this visit I had eggs and what was supposed to be corn beef hash but was really just a purée left on the grill until it was black. Service was indifferent.
Were in a hurry for appointment. Got us out in time during a busy period. Server was pleasant and accommodating. Food was just right.
We came here for breakfast and everyone loved their meals. The country style French toast was challah bread coated with corn flakes, which made it crunchy and delicious! The cinnamon sugar swirl French toast was also challah bread, but with cinnamon sugar, and that was also really good. The chocolate chip pancakes were well liked, too. The egg meals were also good! The server was very friendly and personable! We liked breakfast so much that we ordered deli meat for lunch, and we loved that too!!
Basic food. You can get this average food at any average deli. If you are expecting Triple D fame, skip it. You will be sorely disappointed. And fyi, if you or anyone in your party has nut allergies, skip it. They say it “should” be fine. I would never return.
Omgosh, I could spend every day here. The place is always busy but worth the wait. Foods are fresh and hot. Deli area has everything you want and more. Staff is friendly and ample parking. The door attendants that greeted us (Sandy and Sherry) were so adorably nice and friendly. Made us feel welcome.
This place has some amazing food and a great staff
Breakfast- hash, eggs and bagels. Nothing like a good Jewish deli.
