I visited this Firehouse Subs and ordered a Medium Meatball sub and a Medium Italian sub- specifically requesting no Mayo, no Mustard, and adding Jalapenos. The employees finished our order and we confirmed the requested changes. Upon arriving home, we opened our Italian sub to find it soaked in Mayo and no jalapenos. It was so disgusting that we had to throw it out. I called to inform them of this issue, to which the woman ("G" shown as the host on the receipt) simply replied "Sorry sweetie" with zero sincerity. She didn't care at all that my entire dinner had been ruined by a careless mistake on their part. Terrible customer service.
Good food always but the staff is sometimes rood and parking is sometimes a challenge.
I’ve ordered numerous time before but today, the veggies were old and the deli meat had a sour taste. While I was told to return the sandwich I couldn’t stomach the thought of another sandwich. very disappointing.
Sub was good & staff was friendly and helpful. A few flavors of soda weren't available (including the one I wanted) but staff wasn't able to fix it.

Stopped in to order two sandwiches to-go. Both sandwiches (turkey bacon ranch & Firehouse Hero) were quite tasty, generously filled with meats, veggies and cheese. We really liked the soft baked wheat bread. Staff answered all of our questions prior to ordering, were friendly and inviting. Although we did not dine in, the restaurant was spotless. This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs, but it won’t be my last.
Waited over 15 minutes to receive a sub, prices are wayyyy to expensive . 12.72 for subs chips and drink? 8.49 alone for a medium sub that’s definitely not even a foot long . Only went cuz of a coupon, sticking to subway
I went there with my Son for lunch. He had the meatball sub and they made me a chicken parm sub. The subs were great and piping Hot. The store staff were friendly and accommodating.
I'm a regular here, and I've never had a bad experience.
