Mostly friendly, welcoming staff. The coffee is fresh no matter when you walk in. The woman who prepares food has an attitude - I understand why they don't put her at the register.
Very comfortable environment to have coffee and be with my thoughts for a break in my day. Regular customers stopping in were chatting with the employee serving everyone. He was pleasant, accommodating with each customer with a pleasant manner, even though he was moving from one right into the next.....it was a comfortable busy. My first time stopping there & I felt right at home, sitting for a bit, before moving on....I will be back to this location again. The avocado with roasted tomato was delicious!
Staff was great ????and the place was very clean.
What a horrible service. I used the app and came to this Dunkin’ because it said it had curbside. I waited outside for 20 mins. (I had two little kids with me which was why I was doing curbside) when I finally went in they said we don’t do curbside. And gave me the wrong donut selection. Would not recommend this Dunkin.
Not my favorite Dunkin but it does the job. Today I went in ealry around 5:45am. They start at 530. However, I just stood there for a good 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I said: Morning, are u guys open? I got no reponse other than: We just opened so you have to wait. I believe acknowledging the customer is one of the top rules of customer service.
My wife & I enjoy dropping by this Dunkin’ as the store is well kept, staff is friendly & two medium cappuccinos with one glazed is less than $10.00. The taste is great. It’s our little treat now & then.
I'm not one to ever write reviews but since this is my 3rd bad experience here I felt the need to. The first time I went I waited patiently for my food for over 15 minutes only to be told they "forgot". The other two times my order was wrong and I had to go back. In all fairness there are only 2 teenage boys working there EVER period. This place needs management Pronto! If you're ever desperately looking for a DD.....keep driving! I swear the extra few miles will still save you time in the end!
I gave up having coffee on a daily basis. But I crave coffee from time to time. Dunkin's coffee hits the spot when the craving kicks in.
They need train employees good . service very bad.
Placed an online order only to learn they didn't have the items in stock. Asked for a refund but I was told they don't do those and I could go to another store to get my food. This was after waiting several minutes for my food. The tattooed women you have working there is very rude and not helpful in the least. I'm heavily tattooed as well, so don't go thinking that impacted my opinion of her. It's nearly 2022, Dunkin. Time to figure out how to give people refunds when you don't have the items you promote online.
