This location has went waaaay down hill in the last 3 years. Used to be my favorite location even with how busy it gets, I didn’t mind. But NEVER will come back again. Rude behind young girl behind the counter that messed up my sweet tea 4 times. Like how?? Then got the nerve to catch an attitude and making smart remarks when I walked back in for a remake. I let it go. Came back a different time same issue. Bad customer service! No “sorry I will accommodate that” or hello, thank you come again. They need corporate to step in
I never like to make bad surveys but this is getting out of hand. the customer service there is so poorly. they dont even like speaking to u or acknowledging u when u come in. (only the one new guy with the nice curly hair) i dont know if its cause im black and 90% of the staff there is also and it shames me to say it but we feel like we have to treat our ppl with less manners and the non colored ppl with manners bc of race. well i come there every day going on 2 years and order the SAME exact thing but my order has been not worth the time and trouble. and i wish i had time to go to another dunkin just bc of it but its in my route to my job. i dont normally complain but the last few times ive got a plain bagel toasted it has been burnt & tell me why twice it was not even cut open or toasted and just put in the wrapper and in a bag. i tell the girl there and she didnt even apologize or say the next one will be on us or nothing knowing ive come there soooooo many times in the last year or so. yesterday was my last straw when i had to leave my job and come back bc the plain bagel i always purchase toasted had all this cream cheese on it. ( first off that's extremely too much cream cheese i bet u guys can save more as a company if ur employees stop putting so much spread on everything) anyways when i told her my bagel have cream cheese on it and its supposed to be plain she just made me a new one and gave it to me in my hand with no bag!!!!... like c'mon i spend $4.67 everyday there 5 days a week thats alot of money if u think of it yearly so i think i deserve a bag.
2 stars because its conveniently near work. The purpose of this review is to express my feeling towards overworked employees. The kind guy that was in today was all by himself with a line of people waiting to order and pick up their online orders. He was kind and efficient at his job and deserves a raise big time if he's going to be the only one that comes to work the morning shift at a busy coffee store.
They need to close this location & hire new the kids here only care about talking about their night and weekend drama The girls are all rude if they don't know you. you have to wait almost 15-20min for your food while they talk. It's fast food how hard can that be and hire customer service friendly staff. I just stated working in the area. and everyday even with 2 customers it is still slow and full of drama behind the counter.
It seems all the dunkin shops are slow ...I've had better coffee at a AA meeting..lol
Super slow service. Waited 10 minutes before they took my order and another 10 minutes at the window for one coffee and 2 donuts.
Great service, hot food and good ice coffee on a sunny day. Service is fast no matter the line. It's definitely worth the wait.
They've been short-staffed lately, but that doesn't affect much. You can still expect your orders to be fulfilled accurately. Sometimes their selection can be very limited in the afternoon, which can be a bummer. Store is clean, lattes are delicious.
They need to close this location & start over again first with renovations the place look unfriendly 2nd with new cooks teach them how to fix the food it’s all fast food how hard can that be and hire customer service friendly staff.
A very hectic environment, the guys seem to work hard but the lady taking the order was rude and unpleasant to speak with, she said "have a nice day" but my order was no done and I didn't even finish paid. So I could easily walk out without paying...... never go back again..
