Went there this morning spent 15 dollars for 3 bagels. came home there wasn't even a teaspoon of cream cheese on all them combined. And the bagels did not taste fresh . They had to be sitting there for awhile. Then called them and alls I got was a full answering machine. Never will I go back to that location. I hope being greedy with cream cheese was worth my business.

The service here was awesome! I appreciated their service and positive energy! We were enthusiasticly greeted when we got there early in the morning and whether or not they were, everyone seemed to be enjoying their job! Thank you for helping us start our day on the right foot!

My mother is in an Alzheimer's center in Boynton Beach right off woolbright and 95. So I always get her a coffee just to the east then do a u-turn and go to Parkside inn. Mom still loves her coffee

Using app at about 515 at night cause I needed to kill hour while my wife had physical therapy down the street. So I ordered a large black coffee to enjoy while reading a book in what I found to be a very clean dinning area.Gentleman behind counter greeted me promptly and handed me my coffee with a smile and a thank you. Sounds simple but sometimes a smile and a thank you is a solid and welcome service to receiveI will be back : )

Employees arguing it took a extra long time to get my order just for two Bacon egg and cheese croissant way to long of a wait then one employee said I got charged for only one sandwich when I paid for two not good at all I personally would go back to this store

Love my dunkin.But please do something about the paper straws.They fall apart before 1/4 way through my coffee.Employees are always friendly.

These people are the worst. My daughter was in their drive thru about 2 months ago and the wind blew a marketing sign and hit my daughter’s car. The damages add up to $1,200. I have stopped by the store and emailed the district manager William Carver over 25 times and no one is willing to take responsibility for their poor management. This store is an owner operator store and also the main Dunkin’ Donuts office is not willing to take care of this issue. They are completely irresponsible and do not take care of their customers.

Went to this Dunkin - being it was closest one from my home. Ordered breakfast in drive thru. While driving away - I grabbed a hash brown from bag. They had to be sitting there for a while. They were old, greasy and hard as rocks. Couldn't bite down. Hurt my teeth! Had to spit it out the window while driving. Sandwich was ice cold too. Had to throw out breakfast. Waste of money. If you wouldn't eat this - Why would you serve this to your customers?!!

Was at the drive-thru a few minutes ago. I only ordered a medium hot cappuccino. The Asian lady at the window handed me a cappuccino that was lukewarm. And from the color of my coffee, it looks like it’s mostly comprised of milk. Realized this after I had left. Coffee is how I start my day and it’s something I like to drink on my way home. Hate to start my morning disappointed and wasting my money. Please do better.

This is a location conveniently near my home and I haven’t had much to complain about until yesterday (mind you, I do not drink coffee often at all). I went around 6pm to purchase a caramel iced latte through the drive thru. I ordered the latte and as I started driving away, of course I take a sip or two. I was utterly disgusted with the taste, as there was no caramel, no sugar, no cream (all of which I asked). I made a U-turn because I had time today. I parked and entered the establishment. After informing them of the issue, an employee went around the back, “pretending” to look for the caramel to fix my order. After about a minute, she told me that they ran out. So, while making my drink, they were well aware that they ran out of caramel. Instead of informing me at the window, the employee made the conscious and executive decision to give me a drink that I did not order. While inside, she offered to use the caramel syrup (that is usually used as the drizzle) in my drink if I want that caramel taste, I was appalled. I asked for a pumpkin spice, which also wasn’t made well. I usually do not write reviews, but I was v disappointed with my order at this location. And I will think twice or three times because the customer service is extremely lacking.
